According to the requirements,classification and training objectives of the evaluation language of teachers in TCSL classroom,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of the evaluation language of teachers in TCSL classroom by combining with my own teaching experience and classroom observation.Through expert interview,this paper verifies the comprehensive evaluation index system of TCFL teachers’ evaluation language,improves the relevant evaluation indexes,and finally obtains a more scientific and reasonable evaluation index system.Then according to the comprehensive evaluation index system,the comprehensive evaluation scale of Chinese teachers’ evaluation language as a foreign language is developed.Finally,according to the scientific and comprehensive evaluation questionnaire,through classroom observation,case analysis,comparison research method,to primary,intermediate,and advanced foreign han language comprehensive course teacher evaluation transverse comparison analysis and the longitudinal comparison and analysis,and to find out the problems existing in the evaluation of Chinese as a foreign language teacher language,differentiation and the unity Suggestions for the problem.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part: Introduction.This part first introduces the topic selection of this paper,and describes the significance of this research to Chinese teaching according to the topic selection.Then,it sorts out domestic and foreign literatures,defines the concept of evaluation language for TCSL teachers,and finally explains the research object and research method of this paper.The second part: the requirements and classification of teachers’ evaluation language of comprehensive Chinese as a foreign language.This part first enumerates the requirements of the evaluation language for TCSL teachers,and then classifies the evaluation language for TCSL teachers from various angles according to multiple standards.The third part: The establishment of comprehensive evaluation index system of TCFL teacher evaluation language.Combined with the requirements,classification and related literature of the evaluation language of Chinese teachers as a foreign language,according to the classroom observation and teaching practice,the "comprehensive evaluation index system of the evaluation language of Chinese teachers as a foreign language" was established,and the "comprehensive evaluation scale of the evaluation language of Chinese teachers as a foreign language" was finally established based on the verification and improvement of the evaluation index system according to the interview results of experts.The fourth part: The measurement and analysis of teachers’ evaluation language of comprehensive Chinese as a foreign language.On the one hand,the horizontal comparative analysis is made on the teacher evaluation language of elementary,intermediate and advanced comprehensive courses.On the other hand,after selecting one section from each of the three levels,the better classroom evaluation language is selected for longitudinal comparative analysis.The fifth part: The analysis of the teacher’s evaluation of comprehensive Chinese as a foreign language.Based on the measurement and analysis of the fourth part,this paper discusses the problems existing in the evaluation of teachers at three levels.The sixth part: Suggestions on the evaluation of TCSL teachers.Suggestions for different levels of TCFL teachers are put forward. |
