The area along the Yangtze River in Anhui province has always been a key channel of communication between the north and the south, and played an important role in the formation and early development of Chinese civilization. As a bearing of human production, life and production of settlement sites,it has become an important carrier to reflect the historical process. As the main site of human activities, ruins contain important information about human environment and human civilization development at that time.Based on the investigation data of Shang Dynasty and Zhou Dynasty ruins and the surrounding natural environment factors in the region along the Yangtze River in Anhui province, this paper analyzes the relationship between the ruins and the surrounding natural environment by using GIS technology, and explores the distribution characteristics of the Shang Dynasty and Zhou Dynasty ruins in the region. On this basis, the distribution pattern, relative population density and optimal path of settlement sites and smelting sites in the region during the Shang and Zhou dynasties were studied. This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter defines the research object and its space-time scope, and expounds the purpose, method and significance of the research. The second chapter introduces the physical and geographical environment of the study area and preprocesses the data. The third chapter carries on the division statistics to the Shang and Zhou ruins. In the fourth chapter, with the help of Arc GIS software, the distribution characteristics of the two types of sites in Shang and Zhou dynasties are studied, and their respective characteristics are obtained. The fifth chapter analyzes the spatial distribution pattern of the site and draws the optimal path according to the population density. After analysis, the Shang and Zhou sites in the three regions have their own characteristics in elevation due to their own geomorphic characteristics, and in the aspect of slope, the distribution of sites in each region is more than 15 ° In the aspect of slope aspect, the sites in the three regions tend to be south and Southeast, and in the distance from the river system, the sites in each region have different interval characteristics. In the spatial distribution, the two types of sites present different characteristics in the overall and local distribution, and the average nearest settlement sites of Shang and Zhou dynasties are in the state of cluster distribution.Mining and metallurgy sites in Shang and Zhou dynasties were randomly distributed. From the beginning to the end,the actual value of settlement sites in Shang and Zhou dynasties exceeded the predicted value, showing a strong aggregation distribution.Multi distance spatial cluster analysis shows that the mining and metallurgy sites of Shang and Zhou dynasties are roughly the same as the settlement sites, but the distance above 45000 meters is different, and the distribution pattern shows a discrete trend, which may be related to the independent territory of the sites.According to the site area, there were communication and trade channels between the areas with relatively concentrated population. |
