Research On The Modal Shaping Of Horse Shape In Fine Brushwork Painting

Horse has always been the favorite object of painters in all dynasties,and it is one of the important themes of painting creation.Since the horse as a painter as the object of painting,to gradually form an independent painting branch,and the emergence of the painter who is good at painting horse,the famous horse painters of all ages are seen in all kinds of classics.Han Gan in the Tang Dynasty,Li Gonglin in the Northern Song Dynasty,Zhao Mengfu in the Yuan Dynasty,and Xu Beihong in modern times are all famous horse painters.In fine brushwork painting,the shapes and modality of horses presented by painters in different periods are different,which endows horses with different spirit and connotation of the times.Based on the analysis of the horse modality in the works of painters of past dynasties,this paper explores the significance of modality in the construction of horse and even the overall situation of the picture,and combs its enlightenment for their graduation creation,hoping to improve their own painting creation ability.The article is divided into four chapters to elaborate: the first chapter,the introduction part,through consulting the relevant information,summarizes the knowledge and overview of the horse modeling in meticulous painting,so that the author has a deeper understanding of the horse modeling.The second chapter,the study of the horse shape in meticulous painting,mainly combined with the classic works of previous dynasties,interprets the inherent charm of the horse shape in the painter’s works.The third chapter is the research on the modeling techniques of horse’s modality.It analyzes the details of the head,limbs,trunk and other parts,and explores the role of local structure modeling in the modeling of horse’s modality.In the fourth chapter,the influence of Ma’s modeling on the author’s graduation creation,mainly expounds the enlightenment brought by the classics in the past dynasties.
