| Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the rural revitalization strategy,rural development has ushered in a new period of strategic opportunities.Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,rural tourism economy has also ushered in a new development.As a kind of special tourism resources,ancient villages have been concerned by many experts and scholars.Among them,as one of the main remaining types of ancient villages in Jiangxi Province,there are still few successful cases in the development of the Gan Ancient Villages after years of tourism planning and development.Taking Liukeng Ancient Village of Gan school as an example,this study adopts a variety of research methods such as field investigation method and literature analysis method to explore the influencing factors that restrict the development of Liukeng Ancient Village from the perspective of land policy,ecological red line protection policy,cultural relic protection policy and other policies.It is concluded that the main reasons that influence and restrict the development of ancient villages are the lack of consideration of the particularity of ancient villages in policy formulation and implementation,the tripartite interest entanglement of government,residents and enterprises,and the lag of supporting policies.Based on the analysis results,combined with the actual situation of Liukeng ancient village and based on the background of rural revitalization,this paper puts forward the road of cultural and tourism integration revitalization,on the basis of building Liukeng into a comprehensive life body,it constantly enriches the content of its tourism resources,vigorously develops research and study tourism,further improves the tourism formats,and at the same time explores the relationship between cultural and tourism integration needs and policy support.and proposes the flexible land transfer and space for development,Ablation ecological line restriction,realize the benign interaction of utilization and protection of cultural relics,formulate preferential policies supporting the respect such as punishment in order to solve the policy bottleneck of Liukeng ancient village,in the hope of providing some reference and help for solving the policy bottleneck problems encountered in the tourism development and protection process of Gan Ancient Villages in Jiangxi Province. |
