Study On The Protection And Development Of Ancient Villages In China From The Perspective Of Rural Governance

Traditional villages include material heritage,intangible heritage,and extensive village culture.However,in the process of modernization and urbanization,the unique charm of traditional villages in our country has gradually disappeared,and the situation of a thousand villages has appeared.This is related to modern village governance.Spiritually incompatible.Modern rural governance must respect the characteristics of the countryside,make use of the unique heritage and autonomous tradition of the countryside,excavate and enhance the traditional culture,and integrate the modern governance concept and spirit into the rural value system,thereby constructing an effective rural governance system.Therefore,the study of the protection and development of ancient villages must be related to rural governance.It is necessary to understand not only the basic structure of ancient villages,the characteristics of ancient villages,but also the basic laws of rural development.In order to realize the organic integration of the two,this article starts from the perspective of rural governance,discusses the relationship between rural construction and the protection and development of ancient villages around the content of rural construction and ancient village protection,and advances on the premise of effective protection and development of ancient villages.Modernization of rural governance capabilities.This paper applies the theory of public goods,the theory of public governance,the theory of modern heritage protection and the theory of symbiosis to the theoretical analysis of the research on the protection and development of ancient villages,and points out that the modernization of rural governance capacity should be promoted on the premise of ensuring that the protection and development of characteristic ancient villages are not affected negatively.In order to make the research as close to the reality as possible,the author conducted a two-week survey on the ancient villages in songyang county,one of the first batch of ancient villages in zhejiang province,which is known as "the ten most beautiful ancient villages in zhejiang",in December 2019,and obtained first-hand information about the ancient villages in songyang county.In this paper,the distribution of ancient villages in songyang,main features and songyang generalizes the protection and development of ancient villages,on the basis of the theoretical research,literature research and case study,the method of combining rural governance medieval villages in the protection and development in China through analysing the existing problems on the basis of the comparison.This paper argues that,in the process of rural governance in our country the main problems of the protection and development of ancient villages is embodied in the study of history culture and mining seriously enough,constructive destruction seriously insufficient development and resources coexist and facilities,lack of protection and development of ancient villages,ancient village protection subject single,characteristic culture village protection management responsibility main body is unclear,lack of laws and regulations,blindly following six aspects such as the tourism development is serious.Grassroots governance body there exist deviations in understanding the protection and development of ancient villages,the government improper administrative behavior,and supporting facilities construction and maintenance planning,inadequate investment intention and development goal of ancient villages,the villagers are not consistent,characteristic culture village management system is not sound,the concept of sustainable development practice is not completely is the main cause of these problems.Combined with our existing rural governance horizon,ancient village protection and development of practice and experience,this article put forward to enhance the consciousness of protection of intangible cultural heritage of the ancient villages,classification protection and construction,perfect supporting facilities,create characteristic culture brand,innovation and establish shall reserve tourism development mode,to solve China’s rural governance medieval village development and protection of the related problems.The author hopes that this study can provide some references for the sustainable protection and development of ancient villages under the background of modern rural governance in China.
