Research On Equalization Of Public Cultural Services In Zhumadian City

Culture is the lifeblood of a nation and the bond that binds it together.Improvin g public cultural services is of great significance to protecting people’s cultural rights and interests,improving people’s quality of life,realizing cultural prosperity and bui lding a harmonious society.Based on the main contradiction of our society,it is very necessary to study the equalization of public cultural services for many cities in China.Now,Zhumadian City is based on its own cultural characteristics,combined with the actual regional economy,building and improving the public cultural service system,exploring the path of equalization.At present,the research on the equalization of public cultural services has achieved fruitful results,but these can not fully fit with the actual situation of Zhumadian,and the reference effect is limited.There is almost no research on the equalization of public cultural services according to the current situation of the development and construction of public culture in Zhumadian.In this case,this paper studied the equalization of public cultural services in Zhumadian by means of literature analysis,research and interview,comparative study,etc,constructed evaluation indicators in the aspect of government supply,designed questionnaires in the aspect of people’s feelings,and combined the data from the two sides.While the paper analyses that there are some problems of Zhumadian equal pub lic cultural service system and their causes,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,mainly including continuously to strengthen the construction of pub lic cultural facilities,to enhance investment in public cultural services,to strengthen the talent introduction and training of the public service and continuous supply accur ate public cultural services,and the last,to encourage the effective participation of so cial organizations and mass forces.It is hoped that the research results of this paper c an be helpful to the equalization of public cultural services development of Zhumadi an City.
