Industrial Structure Changes Of Agriculture And Animal Husbandry In Tumet Area From Qing Dynasty To The Republic Of China

In the process of regional economic development,industrial structure is an important factor affecting economic structure and total growth,which is closely related to political system,economic level and social change.It is an important part of the study of regional economic history to analyze the structural changes of the agriculture and animal husbandry industry in Tumet region.It has the deepest influence of the whole industry in this period.In the whole course of the economy in regions and the analysis of the structure and characteristics of the economy,it has vital academic and actual meaning for the research.Based on the historical documents and the research of related scholars,this paper attempts to clarify the overall process of the industrial change of Tumet’s agriculture and animal husbandry.The full text consists of introduction,review,text,references and thanks.At the beginning,it introduces the background and significance,definition of concept and theory,method and new point.The second part reviews the relevant issue of inland and abroad.The main body is divided into three chapters.The third chapter elaborates the specific situation of Tumet’s agriculture and animal husbandry in Qing Dynasty.Tumet’s animal husbandry developed well in the early Qing Dynasty and occupied the main position of industrial structure.After the running of an innovation policy,lots of ground was exploited,the pasture decreased sharply,and livestock lost their living space.Due to the cultivated land and farmland of pastures,animal husbandry declined rapidly,herdsmen were separated from animal husbandry,coupled with the natural conditions suitable for farming and migrant labor force,leading industries gradually shifted to agriculture.In terms of Taxation,the livestock filing tax increased in the early Qing Dynasty,but it turned to quota in the late Qing Dynasty.The agricultural tax increased steadily in the middle and late Qing Dynasty,and the industrial structure of agriculture and animal husbandry showed the characteristics of ebb and flow.The fourth chapter introduces the situation of farming and animal husbandry in Tumet of the Republic of China in detail.At this time,the development of animal husbandry stagnated,and more in-depth land clearing led to the shortage of pastures.The production capacity of animal husbandry is still relatively low.In addition,the vast majority of traditional animal husbandry cities and towns turned to agriculture,and the phenomenon of agriculture as the main business and animal husbandry as the main business was common.Although there are some improvement measures,but in general,animal husbandry has not been out of recession.At the same time,the increase of farmland and labor force,continuous canal irrigation,and the exploration of agricultural technology improvement have made obvious progress in agriculture,refined farming and increased crop yield.In terms of Taxation,the proportion of government rent courses in the total income is on the rise.The fifth chapter discusses the characteristics of the industrial structure change of agriculture and animal husbandry.Due to the particularity of politics and the high dependence on resources,the driving force of traditional agriculture and animal husbandry is not strong.Political corruption and social unrest add to the burden of the people,and the lack of science and technology makes the development of industry in a backward position.Therefore,stable political,social,ecological environment,high technology and modern industrialization are the basis for the continuous development of farming and stock farming.At the same time,the administration should announce a lot of regulations to assist farming and stock farming,accelerate the developments of industries,protect environments,and make agriculture and animal husbandry develop green and sustainable.
