Research On The Art Popularization Activities Of The People’s Education Hall In Jiangsu And Zhejiang Before The Anti-Japanese War

Before the outbreak of the all-out War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggerism,the people’s education centers in Jiangsu and Zhejiang were national demonstration units for various social education activities with the goal of enlightening people’s wisdom and improving customs or the purpose of improving people’s culture,improving people’s livelihood and shaping citizens’ ideas.During this period,art popularization activities were widely carried out in the public education centers of both places,with high frequency and various forms.The main body of this paper is divided into five parts: The first part summarizes the cultural and political background of the popularization of fine arts in the People’s Education Center before the Anti-Japanese War;The second part discusses the establishment,staff allocation and function division of the art popularization departments of the public education centers in Jiang and Zhejiang before the Anti-Japanese War.The third part discusses the situation of the routine and temporary art popularization exhibitions held by the public education centers in Jiangsu and Zhejiang before the Anti-Japanese War.The fourth part discusses the situation of art popularization education and publishing activities carried out by the public education centers in Jiangsu and Zhejiang before the Anti-Japanese War.The fifth part analyzes the actual effect of the art popularization activities carried out by the public education centers in Jiangsu and Zhejiang before the Anti-Japanese War.The purpose is to reveal the contribution of the public education centers in the art popularization activities in the aspects of talent guarantee,and point out the shortcomings.
