| Shen Zijin(1583-1665),a famous opera writer in the late Ming Dynasty and early Qing Dynasty,has the characters of Bo Ming,the late character is Kang,the name is from the west,and also Ju Tong is called Ju Tong,and the Wujiang people in Jiangsu Province.Shen Zijin was born in the Shen family of Wujiang,the Royal Army of Wujiang school and the inheritor of Shen Jing Quxue.His existing legendary works are few,and his legend of Wanghu Pavilion enjoys a high reputation in the history of opera development,so the author studies it.This paper mainly focuses on the legend of Wanghu Pavilion,focusing on its source,adaptation strategy,narrative characteristics and opera art.Based on the previous studies,the author discusses the adaptation of the legend to the story of Qian Xiucai taking the Phoenix couple by mistake,analyzes the stylistic differences between opera and novel,and discusses its adaptation characteristics in combination with the essential characteristics of drama literature;focuses on the narrative characteristics and opera art of the legend of Wanghu Pavilion,and explores its literariness and drama.The first part mainly discusses the theme source and adaptation strategy of the legend Wanghu Pavilion.Wanghu Pavilion is based on Xingshi Hengyan·Qian Xiucai mistakenly occupying the Phoenix couple compiled by Feng Menglong,and on this basis,it is compiled perfunctorily.Shen Zijin adapted legends from familiar themes and easily accepted stories,which laid a favorable audience foundation for the legend to be put on the stage of drama.Based on the essential characteristics of the legend,the author analyzes the adaptation of the legend to the original text in terms of characters,plot and theme,and explores the adaptation characteristics of Shen’s drama.The second part mainly discusses the plot construction,narrative structure and the processing of narrative time and space from the perspective of narratology.The plot of Shen Zhi’s plays is more clear and complete.The structure of Shen’s drama is mainly based on introverted narration,supplemented by open narration,and mainly relies on novel stories,tortuous plots and fierce dramatic conflicts to attract the audience.In the aspect of narrative time processing,Shen Zijin uses time factors such as time sequence and time interval to arrange the plot.In the aspect of narrative space,Shen Zijin mainly uses the narration of characters’ songs,the form of characters’ going up and down,and the actor’s body and action performance to transform the legendary space.The third part analyzes the drama art of the legend of Wanghu pavilion from three aspects: structure,characters and language style.Based on the essential characteristics of legend,the author analyzes the application and characteristics of specific structural techniques in Shen’s dramas through the creation theory of structure in Chinese classical dramas;classifies the characters in the dramas by means of close reading of texts,and discusses the skills of shaping the characters in the dramas on this basis;and appreciates "Wanghu" from the perspective of drama language,language interest and comedy The language features of the pavilion.Compared with Huaben,Shen Zijin paid more attention to the effect of stage performance.Therefore,the characters and plots of Shen’s plays are all adapted to the stage performance.On the whole,the success of Shen’s opera is not only the expression of Shen Zijin’s Opera idea,but also the highlight of opera writing trend in late Ming and early Qing Dynasty. |
