Research On Chen Yun’s Economic Thought During The Northeast Liberation War

As an excellent leading cadre and economic expert of the Communist Party of China,Chen Yun has played an important role in China’s economic construction and development.The economic work experience during the Northeast Liberation War was the highlight of his life’s economic work.During the period of the Northeast Liberation War,Chen Yun held many positions,such as secretary of the North and South Manchu Branch,secretary of the Finance Committee of the South Manchu Branch,and director of the Northeast Finance and Economic Committee.During the Northeast Liberation War,Chen Yun creatively put forward a series of economic policies and strategies after investigating the actual situation in Northeast China and following the objective law of economic development.The financial economy of the Northeast liberated area can get rid of the predicament quickly,and the northeast can provide human support and material resources guarantee for the national liberation war,which can not be separated from Chen Yun’s unique economic policy and strategy.There are four parts in this paper.The first part,introduction.The introduction part mainly introduces the reason and significance of this paper,discusses the current research situation at home and abroad,and explains the research methods and innovations.The second part deeply explores the practical and theoretical origin of Chen Yun’s economic thought during the Northeast Liberation War,and analyzes the influence of Marxist political and economic thought,Chinese traditional economic thought and Chinese communist economic thought on Chen Yun’s economic thought.In addition,through combing Chen Yun’s economic thought and practice in the period of the Central Soviet region and the period of Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia Border region,this paper probes into the influence of Chen Yun’s economic thought and experience on his economic thought during the period of the Northeast Liberation War,and implementation of his economic thought before and after.The third part refines the main contents of Chen Yun’s core economic thought during the Northeast Liberation War.Taking time as the context,combining the process of the Northeast Liberation War and the change of Chen Yun’s position,this paper explores Chen Yun’s advanced ideas in land reform,finance and finance,urban reception,industrial enterprise development,foreign trade and so on in this period.The third part is the focus and core part of this paper.In the fourth part,based on the 14 th Five-Year Plan,this paper discusses the historical significance and contemporary enlightenment of Chen Yun’s economic thought during the Northeast Liberation War.According to the principle of seeking truth from facts,this paper explores Chen Yun’s unique economic thought during the Northeast Liberation War on the basis of summarizing and combing a large amount of data.And combine its core economic thought in this period with the objective reality of China’s economic development in the new era,so as to draw enlightenment to the economic development of our country in the new era.
