Research On Teaching Reform Of Sports Dance Special Course In Colleges And Universities Of Shandong Province

In the 1930 s,sports dance,as a newly emerged sport,was very popular in the public life because of its fitness function and performance effect,and gradually got people’s love and attention.With its own cultural quality and unique function,sports dance has gradually entered China’s colleges and universities.However,due to the short development time of sports dance in China,there are many problems that have not been solved and improved,especially in the development of sports colleges and departments in Colleges and universities.Sports colleges and departments in Colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating sports dance talents and shoulder the responsibility of transporting sports dance talents for the society.Therefore,it is more necessary to strengthen the study and research of sports dance special courses in Colleges and universities.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the colleges and universities that have set up sports dance courses in Shandong Province.The respondents select the students and graduates of sports dance special courses in these colleges and universities,and have a deep understanding of the current situation of sports dance special course teaching,curriculum,teaching staff,teaching methods and so on According to the development history of sports dance in Shandong Province,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the healthy development of sports dance teaching in Colleges and universities in Shandong Province,and puts forward practical countermeasures based on the actual problems.The results show that: the school personnel training objectives are not accurate and specific enough;The ratio of male to female in the teaching team is out of balance,and the teachers tend to be young and professional,but the teaching experience and scientific research ability are insufficient;Lack of theoretical knowledge of learning and teaching practice opportunities;The teaching content is single and the difficulty is low;Lack of innovation in teaching methods;The number of professional venues and technical facilities is small,and the opening hours are limited,which can not meet the needs of daily teaching and training;The teacher’s assessment content system of special courses for students is one-sided;There is a lack of communication and cooperation between universities.Based on the summary and analysis of the research results,in view of the current situation of the curriculum setting,teaching content,teaching methods,special theoretical courses and special technical courses of sports dance special courses in Colleges and universities of Shandong Province,this paper puts forward that schools should refine the talent training objectives,position the teaching objectives according to the social needs,and cultivate talents according to the social requirements;Improve the comprehensive professional ability of teachers,improve the treatment,and absorb teachers with high scientific research ability;On the basis of learning special theoretical courses well,we should provide students with more opportunities for teaching practice,so as to lay the foundation for students to engage in teaching work in the future;Schools should try their best to increase the class hours of sports dance special skills,and constantly enrich their own knowledge and technology system;Innovative teaching methods to stimulate students’ learning motivation and interest;Improve sports dance teaching and training environment to meet the needs of teachers’ teaching and students’ daily training;The assessment content of sports dance special teaching should be formulated around the curriculum objectives and contents,and should be able to comprehensively and systematically reflect the teaching and learning problems of special courses;Strengthen the exchange and cooperation between colleges and universities,realize the integration and sharing of teaching resources.
