On The Role Of The Government In The Protection Of Local Drama

Chinese drama,with its profound historical accumulation,can take its own course in Chinese culture.The Chinese government attaches great importance to the protection of local operas and other intangible cultural heritages.By constructing a four-level intangible cultural heritages protection system of "national,provincial,city and county",more excellent local operas will be unearthed.The protection of local drama is a lasting and comprehensive work,which requires the government to make real efforts from all aspects,grasp the history of local drama,and make clear the development direction of local drama.By means of literature review,this paper sorts out the overall value and status quo of local drama protection.At the same time,in order to make the research more targeted and practical,using the research method of case analysis,the author analyzed the protection value and the protection status quo of the Errentai drama in Tumd Right Banner.Although some achievements have been made in the protection of local dramas at the present stage,there are also some problems,such as emphasizing the application and neglecting the protection,insufficient publicity for local dramas,insufficient talent training and fund supply,and unclear management between state-owned and folk opera troupes.At the same time,on this basis,it also analyzes the reasons that the local government has not fully realized the development dilemma of local operas,neglects the training of inheritors,places more emphasis on economic development than cultural protection,and lacks long-term publicity planning,which seriously restricts the effective protection and development of local operas such as Errentai in Tumd Right Banner.By analyzing the common problems existing in the local drama protection,Tumd right flag Er Ren Tai protection personality problems and causes of the problems in the work,the property rights protection are put forward for protection for local drama drama drama school and carry out the policy support,started and add drama troupe,funding and reform management,with the aid of new media,and create cultural attractions.
