Research On The Effectiveness Of Zhejiang Film And Television Cultural Industry Policies

In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic economy,and the capital storage has also increased significantly.Under this background,film and culture industry of Zhejiang province has grown rapidly,and the scale of industry output value has increased rapidly.In order to further promote the development of the film and culture industry,Zhejiang province has also formulated many incentive policies,which have achieved remarkable success.This paper makes an in-depth study of the film and culture industry policy of Zhejiang province to ensure its effectiveness and industrial policy to achieve the policy objectives.This paper focus on the effect of Zhejiang film and industry policy.Firstly,the related theories and concepts are organized.At present,there is no unified evaluation standard for the effectiveness of this industrial policy in China,so it is necessary to study from the practical and theoretical aspects.Secondly,the film and culture industry in Zhejiang province has been seriously affected by COVID-19 in the past year,and lack of comprehensive data.Therefore,this paper selects FAHP research method,taking the document Zhe Zheng Ban Fa(2017)No.88 as an example.Based on the dimensions of policy decision-making,development and final effect,completes the construction and analysis of this evaluation index system,so as to summarize that the industrial policy of Zhejiang province is only in the upper middle level.Finally,from three aspects of evaluation,according to the analysis results,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the industrial policy: the policy objectives should be closer to the needs of the policy target group,refine the implementation measures,optimize the policy implementation mode and its effect,and strengthen the organization and management in the policy implementation.
