The Research Of Zhejiang Private Film And Television Development Policy

With the emergence of non-public economy, private economy has become increasingly active.Film and television industry is developing in the direction of industrialization,and the private capital is playing a more and more important role in the process of development and change in the film and television industry in China.Private film and television enterprises will bring competitive and creative media operation mode,and the path of the film and television industry development is related to guidance of the policy in market access, financial support and facilities construction.As the film and television industry develop in the direction of industrialization, private film and television enterprises should have relatively independent space for development.At this stage the private film and television institutions actively explore their own development route, and they are particularly sensitive to the policy change. In this paper, through arrangement and interpretation of the policy, by using the method of literature analysis and case analysis, I plan to put zhejiang private film and television industry as a breakthrough point and then expand to the current situation of nationwide private, film and television industry.Finally,I hope to judge the direction of private film and television in the foreseeable period of time for provide corresponding thoughts for better development of the industry.This paper is divided into four main parts, the first part expounds after reform and opening up, how film and television industry market policies influence the mixture between private capital and film and television industry.This chapter also intrduce the development of zhejiang private film and television industry. The second part summarizes the financing system of private film and television industry and the private film and television industry investment environment in zhejiang, then presents some bottlenecks.At last, this part puts forward suggestions for the optimization of investment and financing policy service. The fourth part makes some prospects on the development of zhejiang private film and television industry.The film and television developing road in Zhejiang is equipped with era and local characteristics, and Zhejiang is trying its best to make film and television market change from the domestic to the international, builting strong province in the film and television fild. Zhejiang private film and television industry is facing a new competition in the international environment, and it is worth exploring how it can take charge of cultural responsibility, and how to make use of policy to gain its strength for wider range of influence.
