Research On Graphic Design Language Of American《VOGUE》Magazine

《VOGUE》is a comprehensive fashion and lifestyle magazine with a long history and wide popularity in the world.It was first published in 1892,in its 120 years of historical development,it has always adhered to its own unique features and novel creative forms.Whether it is from the theme,content,text expression or visual aesthetic impact,making it more and more brilliant over the course of nearly a century,so it is widely praised by all walks of life at home and abroad,and get the trust and affirmation of the vast number of readers and insiders in the industry.In the US《VOGUE》is known as the "Bible Fashion".It is also recognized as the world’s leading fashion magazine.This paper takes American《VOGUE》as the research object,this paper explores the development and evolution of the magazine from the background of establishment,so as to fully understand the development history,magazine features and crowd positioning of《VOGUE》magazine.Then,the overall graphic design of the magazine was interpreted and analyzed,and from the cover design,interior design,layout,font use and color performance of these aspects of in-depth research.Analyze and consider the unity of its overall plane design and reasonable layout logic,learn the design rules and techniques.So as to provide a certain reference value and ideological enlightenment for the practitioners of similar magazines in China,it provides reference for the development of the design of our local fashion magazines.This paper takes the graphic design language of 《VOGUE》 magazine as the research premise,so as to carry out design and practice.Through this book design,the author hopes to enrich the related research of graphic design language,and adopts the graphic design language in line with his own design,so as to make the design have both good Artistry and functionality.
