Research On The Method Of Character IP Design In Chinese Classical Novels

With the gradual improvement of China’s international status,the improvement of the level of public consumption,the increasing demand of cultural entertainment consumption and the rise of the cultural confidence of the Chinese people,the development and design of "Chinese symbol" has been strongly welcomed by the public.In recent years,the excavation and development of Chinese traditional culture has become the development trend of cultural industry.Chinese classical novel is important in developing the cultural industry in China and the precious cultural resources,from the development of the characters in the Chinese classical novel IP design,to contemporary interpretation of Chinese classical novels,to endow them with a wider range of contemporary influence,expand the development of more possibilities,make its rejuvenated again,to realize the social and cultural value of Chinese ancient novel,In order to achieve the purpose of cultural export.Around this study of Chinese classical novels,the role of IP design and development,try from two aspects of modeling design and derivative development role in the Chinese classical novel design method of IP development,create classic role in Chinese classical novel IP,let consumer through the role of IP understanding of Chinese classical novel conveys outstanding historical values,and realize resources feedback,To promote the cultural dissemination of Chinese classical novels and provide new ideas for the development and design of Chinese traditional culture.First of all,the development history and theme types of Chinese classical novels are summarized.According to the development of Chinese history and social cognition,the Chinese classical novels are divided into three categories: "ghosts and spirits","heroes and legends" and "social human feelings".Then it summarizes the core elements of excellent character IP,analyzes and defines the concept of character IP in Chinese classical novels,and explores the derivative development of character IP in Chinese classical novels through the development and operation of mascot IP.The IP development of characters in Chinese classical novels is deconstructed into three levels: "content layer","support layer" and "derivative layer".This paper summarizes the current situation of China’s character IP modeling design and derivative development as well as the problems encountered in the development,and analyzes and clarifies the value of character IP development in Chinese classical novels.Secondly,based on the composition hierarchy of character IP design and development in Chinese classical novels,this paper summarizes the method of character IP design and the development path of character IP development in Chinese classical novels from the aspects of modeling design and derivative development.In the aspect of modeling design,the methods of character IP design are summarized from the aspects of design positioning,modeling norms,color language,movement design and costume design,and it is clear that the modeling design should meet the visual needs of the current culture.After the completion of the modeling design,multiple derivative development should be carried out in sufficient ways to ensure that the value extension of the character IP in Chinese classical novels can be maximized.While meeting the basic requirements of the design of the character IP derivatives,in-depth understanding of the character IP prototype should be achieved and the character IP modeling should be skillfully combined.Mining and clear user needs,multi-party cooperation,actively expand the development ideas,break through the traditional development mode,and fully explore the image value of character IP.Finally,in combination with the future development of social culture and consumer experience,this paper considers the trend of IP design and development of characters in Chinese classical novels.In terms of development ideas,it is necessary to establish the strategic thinking of culture + and adhere to the development path of "content is king".In the character IP modeling design,we should innovate and change in the national style,strengthen the awareness of overseas output,and improve the internationalization.In terms of character IP derivative development,content should be deeply cultivated to enrich the IP development matrix,or derivatives can be used as a starting point to promote development.In order to let the Chinese classical novel,let the Chinese traditional culture into People’s Daily life,with The Times.
