The highly developed culture and art in the Kaiyuan and Tianbao periods, the legendary love of emperors, and the ups and downs made them an important topic in the literary creation and research of later generations. The complex social environment of the Southern Song Dynasty and the excellent creations of the previous generations made the poets of the Southern Song Dynasty show great enthusiasm for this subject. They continued to chant, recall, and reflect on the rise and fall of the Kaiyuan and Tianbao periods in their poems.Based on the previous research results, this article is divided into four chapters to comb and discuss the writing of the rise and fall of the opening of the sky in the Southern Song Dynasty poetry. The first chapter briefly introduces the writing of Kaiyuan and Tianbao eras in poems before the Southern Song Dynasty. The first is that Du Fu,who has experienced great changes in history, recorded in his poems the transition from prosperity to the decline of the Kaiyuan and Tianbao eras. The second is the nostalgia and reflection of the poets in the middle and late Tang Dynasty in the chaotic political situation of the eunuch’s monopoly and the separatist rule. Finally, the poets of the Northern Song Dynasty expanded on the theme selection and artistic skills based on the creation of the predecessors, which laid the foundation for the poetry creation of this subject in the Southern Song Dynasty.Chapter Two briefly sorts out the pros and cons of Kaiyuan and Tianbao eras in the Southern Song poetry. There are a large number of poems related to the Southern Song Dynasty, which can be said to be a comprehensive description of the rise and fall of Kaitian. The poets not only focused on foreign politics, court life, and romantic scribes in the opening and heydays;they also paid attention to important events and figures in the Anshi Rebellion, such as Xuanzong Xixing,Mawei Mutiny, and the loyal ministers who fought bravely. Not only that,"Ode to the Great Tang Dynasty",a concluding work with rich connotations, was also favored by poets in the Southern Song Dynasty. They not only made ethical judgments and called heroes in their poems, but they also reflected their attitude towards the dream of revival in the writing process. The third chapter analyzes the artistic skills and cultural psychology of the pros and cons of the poems of the Southern Song Dynasty. The poems on this subject all show the narrative characteristics of using essays as poems from the three aspects of genre, technique and structure. What is reflected behind it is the poet’s memorial and reflection on the prosperous age.And the strong sense of historical theory enables poets to use the methods of argumentation and reversal in their creation, and to make moral judgments and the distinction between Chinese and Yi in their poetry, reflecting their pursuit and judgment of the rise and fall of previous generations. In addition, the complex time and space experience created by distance and imagination enabled the poets of the Southern Song Dynasty to construct a new aesthetic time and space in their poems, expressing their unique feelings and thinking about the rise and fall of Tangxuanzong Period. The fourth chapter discusses the influence of related texts of previous generations, especially poems and notebook novels on the poetry of the Southern Song Dynasty. The rich creations of previous generations have had an important impact on the choice of theme, aesthetic tendency and interpretation of the image of Concubine Yang in Southern Song poetry, making Southern Song poetry further develop and enrich the significance of the rise and fall of on the basis of predecessors.
