Since the reform and opening up,after more than 40 years of development,China has made world-renowned achievements in the field of culture,and the national cultural soft power and Chinese cultural influence have been greatly enhanced.The development of vocational education in Anqing is a microcosm of China’s educational development since the reform and opening up.This paper takes the change of vocational education in Anqing since the reform and opening up as the research object,and summarizes the historical experience and inspiration of the development of regional vocational education by analyzing the specific features and main contents of Anqing vocational education in different historical periods of reform and opening up,so as to know the past and learn from the present and provide reference for the development of regional vocational education.This article is mainly discussed through the methods of materialistic dialectics,documentary research,comparative analysis and statistical method.The first part of the article divides Anqing vocational education into four historical periods,including the restoration and reconstruction stage(1978-1984),the rapid development stage(1985-2004),the steady advancement stage(2005-2011)and the deepening development stage(2012-present),based on the national landmark policies and key events in Anqing region.By analyzing the background of each stage,we can reveal the specific historical changes.The second part selectively focuses on the reform and development of vocational education in Anqing.The reform of the school system in Anqing vocational education has become more and more reasonable and perfect as the practice of vocational education in the region has been deepened.The region has formed various modes of schooling,such as social force schooling,which mobilizes the participation of private forces,school-enterprise cooperation schooling,and group schooling,which integrates the regional vocational education resources,according to the local and local conditions;with the increasing demands of society on vocational education,the construction of vocational education teachers has ushered in a new development,which is manifested in the expanding scale of teachers and the improving quality of teachers.The third part systematically summarizes the experience and inspiration of the development of vocational education in Anqing for more than 40 years.Anqing vocational colleges and universities always adhere to the Party’s leadership to seek their own development,actively promote the reform of vocational education,adhere to open schooling,and make a bigger and stronger vocational education with regional characteristics.Anqing always adheres to local conditions,digs deep into the market potential of vocational education through school-enterprise cooperation and establishment of regional vocational education alliances,and adopts strict supervision and moral education to improve the quality of vocational education.
