The Linguistic Turn Of Modern Ink And Wash Painting From The Prospective Of Visual Culture

In the era of visual culture,the world was constructed as a way of imagery.So the ink and the community that includes ink and wash elements.Whether as an art type,activating in public spaces of various exhibition halls and media,or as a cultural symbol,running through daily life,can be seen everywhere.From the perspective of visual culture,this paper attempts to determine the coordinates in the visual age by analyzing the traditional and modern variables and constants of ink painting.The constant refers to the spread of ink and wash as a concept in today’s visual environment.It does not change but has a consistent connotation.The variable uses the media or materials as the starting point of thinking,including two The basic aspects: firstly,the constantly emerging innovation of painting methods within the pen and ink system;with the change of visual structure,seeking the contemporary way of speaking traditional resources,and showing the deep fission that the tradition is experiencing.Secondly,the addition of a variety of composite materials outside the literati painting system has increasingly become more complex in terms of presentation themes,expression methods,media and textures,and attempts to shape a very different image mood with modern methods.To extend and enrich the contemporary visual experience.In other words,we use constant quantity to refine the definite concept connotation in the ink and wash tradition and use variables to observe the various changes in the process of ink and wash from traditional to modern.Explore the externalized manifestations of these changes and their inherent cultural logic.This study is divided into three chapters.The first chapter briefly summarizes the various forms of ink and wash at this point;Plus,summarizes the expressions of contemporary ink and wash.The second chapter tries to explore the constructiveness of visual culture from the perspective of space and viewing.It is divided into "showroom culture and public space","digital era and media space",and expounds the mechanism of modern ink painting in the visual culture environment.Through the comparison between traditional aesthetic culture and contemporary visual culture,in chapter three,the appearance and internal causes of the ink and wash direction are analyzed,and the various “wonders” of ink and wash are enumerated to prove the cultural symbols inherited from “ink and wash” tradition.In the colorful electronic video era,it is still full of vitality.It is not the decline of contemporary loss,nor is it self-sufficient to follow the old traditions,but a watch of local modernity.
