| Based on Zhou Li,combined with Zheng Zhu,Jia Shu and the research works of Zhou Li in past dynasties,this article examines and analyzes the taxation of Zhou Li,namely “ Jiugong ”,“ Jiugong ” and “Jiufu ” in detail.The text is divided into four chapters,and the contents of each chapter are summarized as follows.The first chapter: summarizing “ Gong ” and “ Fu ” as the original meaning of contribution and taxation,which leads to the taxation in Zhou Li,namely “Jiugong ”,“Jiugong”,and “Jiufu”.The second chapter: Discussing “Jiugong”——the taxation of the Jiwai’s princes to the Zhou Dynasty emperor with special products from various countries.First of all,by discriminating between “ Chang Gong ” and “ Yin Chao er Gong ” in Zhou Li,it is demonstrated that both are “Jiugong” in the Dazai;Secondly,through the analysis of“Jiugong”in the Dazai and “Jiugong” in the Lvshi,it is proved that although “Gong” is said in the Lvshi,it is not “Jiugong”in the Dazai,but the tax paid by the people of the nine occupations appointed by the Dazai;Finally,further research and analysis of“Jiugong” are combined with Zheng Zhu,Jia Shu and the research works of Zhou Li in the past.The third chapter:discussing “Jiugong”——the tax paid by the people of the nine occupations appointed by the Dazai.First of all,through the analysis of the “Jiuzhi” in the “Dazai” and the “twelve zhi” in the Dasitu,it is demonstrated that “Jiugong” is the tax paid by the people of the nine occupations appointed by the Dazai.This does not include the Chenqie’Shucai also divided Yu Heng into two to supplement “Jiugong”,explored the reasons for it;Secondly,further combined “Jiugong ” and courtiers with Zheng Zhu,Jia Shu and the research works of previous Zhou Li to research and analyze“Jiugong” and the Chenqie.The forth chapter:discussing “Jiufu”——except for the “Biyu zhi fu”,all other taxes are paid by the people in the family because of the land.Through the analysis and analysis of “ Jiufu ”,it is further demonstrated that “ Jiufu ” can be taxed by the population,and it can also be used to pay the tax.In combination with Zheng Zhu,Jia Shu and the research works of the Zhou Li of the past,the “ Jiufu ” is verified and discriminated to further explore the first eight Fus in “Jiufu”. |
