The Influence Factors Of Information Anxiety Of Pregnant Women

Digital reading and fragmented reading are becoming the main ways of reading for the public.Data from the 16 th National Reading Survey confirm that digital reading presents a significant feature of entertainment and fragmentation,which is mainly represented by reading fragmented news,entertainment consultation and watching short videos,while in-depth reading accounts for a relatively low proportion.This change in reading style that makes information anxiety become a common “fashion disease” in the fragmented reading environment,and has an important impact on people’s physical and mental health.As a special group,pregnant women shoulder the great mission and responsibility of giving birth to their offspring,so their physical and mental health has been paid more and more attention.According to relevant data,More than 75 percent of pregnant women turn to the Internet for information on pregnancy and childbirth,with the aim of further increasing their awareness of their own health by finding information that leads to good health behaviour.However,a number of studies confirm that the effects of information are not all positive.For the general public,they will produce negative emotions in the process of seeking information for various reasons,among which the most common and harmful one is information anxiety.The information anxiety in this paper refers to the emotional state of tension,restlessness and irritability caused by the process of obtaining,evaluating and using information.For pregnant women,pregnancy is a very special period for women.During this period,pregnant women have a large demand for information and a high frequency of information search.Therefore,anxiety is more likely to occur in the process of obtaining,evaluating and using information,and the consequences are more serious.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay close attention to the mental health problems of pregnant women,especially to analyze the causes of anxiety in the process of obtaining,evaluating and utilizing information,and to further strengthen the effective intervention of anxiety in psychological aspects,for pregnant women to successfully go through pregnancy and ensure a smooth delivery.For that reason,this paper uses the method of grounded theory to obtain the original data through semi-structured interview.On the premise of three-level coding of the original data,the corresponding categories are extracted,and the internal logical relations of each main category are further sorted out to find that the corresponding path relations between each main category can be established and the theoretical model can be constructed.Finally,the factors affecting pregnant women,s information anxiety are divided into five dimensions,information factor,system platform factor,social support factor,personal subjective evaluation factor,personal objective characteristic factor.Path in the relationship information,system platform,social support factors through personal subjective evaluation indirect influence pregnant women information anxiety,personal characteristics of objective factors on the one hand directly affect their subjective evaluation,in turn,affects information anxiety,on the other hand,by adjusting the information factor,system factor indirectly affect their subjective evaluation will affect information anxiety.These results indicate that in the process of searching,evaluating and using information,information factors,system factors,social support factors,personal objective factors,personal subjective evaluation factors will affect pregnant women,s information anxiety,among which personal subjective evaluation factors as the intermediary factors of pregnant women,s information anxiety is the key to pregnant women,s information anxiety.Therefore,this paper from the information,system,social environment,pregnant women personal factors and other aspects of the relevant counter measures to alleviate pregnant women information anxiety to provide theoretical guidance,Including: improve the authority information release platform review mechanism and standardize the information release behavior;Network information platform reduces the complexity of information description;The relevant government departments and local communities create recreation and leisure places for pregnant women;Carry out maternal and infant education,improve pregnant women,s information literacy;Strengthen social support to improve pregnant women satisfaction with information services.
