The Study On The Expression Of Time Quantity In Shanxi Jincheng Dialect

This paper studies the expression of time quantity in Jincheng dialect.At present,there is no perfect theoretical system of time quantity in academic circles.This is mainly reflected in the terms regarding the time quantity,cognition,analysis and research perspective are not uniform.Therefore,this paper attempts to reconstruct a perfect theoretical framework of time expression by collecting,sorting and analyzing a large amount of linguistic data,and then researches the expression of time in Jincheng dialect under the guidance of the new theoretical framework of time quantity.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,including the object of study,research contents,research significance,research methods and the source of the corpus.The second part is the second chapter,which is the theoretical basis of the thesis.The second chapter reconstructs the theoretical framework of time quantity expression from the four perspectives of definition,scope,analysis method and classification.Specifically,this article has made a clearer conceptual definition of the amount of time from the two aspects of connotation(definition)and extension(scope),and proposed three analysis methods about the amount of time: internal component analysis and external function analysis and the degree analysis of explicitness and concealment,and the amount of time is classified from different angles.The third part is the third,fourth,fifth and sixth chapters,which are divided into chapters according to the different analysis methods.The third and fourth chapters start with the internal component analysis method.We respectively examine the necessary and dispensable components of Jincheng dialect’s time expression,and further divide the necessary components into self-sufficient components and non-self-sufficient components,and discuss separately types of dispensable components and co-occurrence.The fifth chapter discusses the syntactic and semantic functions of Jincheng dialect’s time expression from the external function analysis method,and examines the syntactic components and semantic functions of time in larger language fragments.The sixth chapter uses the semantic transparency theory to distinguish the degree of explicitness and implicitness of the amount of time from the perspective of the degree of explicitness and implicitness analysis,and constructs the explicitness and implicitness continuum of the expression of the amount of time in Jincheng dialect,and compares the explicitness and implicitness continuum with the previous views.The fourth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the research results and value of this paper.
