Philosophical Reflection On The New Characteristics Of Man-machine Relationship In The Era Of High-tech

While technological development has brought more comfort,convenience and a better life to human beings,some people are concerned about the transcendent development of artificial intelligence and ask whether the continuation and development of human intelligence will be affected.How can humans realize this? If there is some negative impact,should there be any necessary adjustments in the way,scale and speed at which AI replaces human intelligence? How to ensure the coordinated development of artificial intelligence and human intelligence without the phenomenon of tool alienation? Such problems are not only scientific problems,but also philosophical problems.From the perspective of philosophy of technology,philosophy has the responsibility and obligation to reflect on the boundary between man and machine,and then provide preventive countermeasures.This paper analyzes and sorts out the domestic and foreign researches on the boundary of man and machine,and understands the existing research achievements in the aspects of the evolution of the relationship between man and machine,the relationship between man and machine in the high-tech era and the philosophical reflection on the problems related to the relationship between man and machine.Based on the background of the hi-tech era,this paper sorts out three new characteristics of the relationship between man and machine in the hi-tech era.First of all,people and machines,which were originally opposed to each other,do not adapt to each other,and even have alienation phenomenon,merge into "cyborg" in today’s era.The human body contains the components of the machine,and the machine also has the mark of human.Secondly,the machine is originally designed to be separated from human beings,and the deeper the separation,the more people want the machine to be completely independent of human beings in its motion process.However,at present,people find that their dependence on machines has become an "addiction" that cannot be kicked.Finally,humans used to have a strong sense of superiority and pride in front of machines,believing that machines should hold people in awe.However,with the development of technology today,people are increasingly worried about whether they will be ruled by machines if there is a "singularity".A series of philosophical problems caused by the new characteristics of man-machine relationship in the high-tech era deserve to be analyzed and studied.This paper analyzes the essential characteristics of man and machine,and then finds out the basic standard to distinguish them.There are significant differences between human beings and machines in biological,social,creative,emotional and intentionality of actions.According to the difference between man and machine,we can point out where the fundamental limit of man-machine fusion lies.The new characteristics of man-machine relationship in high-tech era have caused ethical risks at least from the four dimensions of thinking judgment,value concept,privacy security and employment.Face the relationship between man and machine high-tech era ethical risk problem brought by the new features,this paper tries to establish the "people-oriented",deepening the research on philosophy and artificial intelligence robot ethics,giving play to the role of value sensitivity design,is responsible for technical evaluation and innovation four aspects put forward the countermeasures,in order to solve the social problems caused by fuzzy boundaries human and machine.From a philosophical point of view,we should try our best to reduce the related ethical risks caused by technological development.
