Research On The Dissemination And Development Of Yunnan’s Intangible Heritage Short Video Under The Background Of "Internet+"

The continuation of intangible cultural heritage in Yunnan mainly depends on human protection,care and inheritance from generation to generation.All members of society play a role in the process of protection and inheritance.Short video,a new media form,can effectively and widely connect all kinds of people,break through the limitations of time and space,arouse continuous attention,and achieve the role of non-heritage recording and dissemination.The new form of media participation is the general trend of the sustainable development of the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in Yunnan.To some extent,the popularization and dissemination of non-heritage is like the era of education "Internet +",exporting Yunnan intangible cultural heredity in the form of short videos,which is more in line with people’s fragmented reading habits and meet the needs of their interactive participation.As General Secretary Xi said at the symposium on literature and art: "follow the rules of the ancients,open up your own life,and realize the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese culture."On the basis of data collection and literature review,this paper combs the current situation of the spread of Yunnan non-legacy videos on the official website,Douyin,Kuaishou and Taobao.This paper expounds the cultural functions of Yunnan non-legacy videos in the four aspects of inheritance,communication,creation and enjoyment,as well as their aesthetic functions in aesthetic education and artistic creation.On this basis,this paper deeply considers its problems in content production,operation and cultural innovation,investigates the reasons,probes into the development of non-short video communication in Yunnan,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.In order to provide reference for the further innovative development and creative transformation of Yunnan non-short video.
