| my country began to explore the cultural industry in the 1980 s.After entering the21 st century,the cultural industry has become an important driving force for the country to achieve economic growth and optimize the economic structure.The cultural industry is an important carrier for the prosperity and development of socialist culture under the conditions of a market economy,an important focus for promoting economic restructuring and transforming the mode of economic development,and also an important national soft power,which has a huge impact on promoting China’s economic growth and enhancing comprehensive national strength.At present,the cultural industry has become an important force for enhancing the country’s cultural soft power and an important part of my country’s national economy.Especially in recent years,the rapid development of the Internet has promoted the upsurge of cultural consumption.The Internet cultural industry has provided power to promote industrial optimization and upgrading and technological progress,and has provided a strong impetus to promote supply-side structural reforms and promote national economic growth.As the main body of the cultural industry’s growth and expansion,the cultural enterprise is the actual executor of the development of the cultural industry.Its benign operation directly affects the healthy development of the cultural industry.The Chinese government has provided good market conditions and political environment for the development of the cultural industry.After nearly 20 years of development,China’s cultural industry has achieved rapid development,but the important position and role of cultural enterprises have not been effectively played There are still many deficiencies in the research of various aspects of cultural enterprise development.This article combines high-level theory,human resource theory,and principal-agent theory to divide the characteristics of executive team into the homogeneous characteristics of senior management team(including average age,tenure,education level)and heterogeneous characteristics(including age,tenure,education Horizontal heterogeneity)two aspects,study the impact of senior management team characteristics on the performance of cultural enterprises,and use equity concentration as a moderating variable,trying to provide a perspective on how cultural enterprises can improve corporate performance,and hope to enrich cultural enterprises Theoretical research on performance influencing factors also provides a valuable reference for the sustainable and healthy development of cultural enterprises.This paper selects 57 listed companies in the cultural industry of Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2014 to 2018 as research samples,and uses SPSS software to analyze and draw empirical conclusions.The empirical conclusions show that:(1)the average age and term heterogeneity of the senior management team of cultural enterprises are related to corporate performance in a "U" curve;(2)the average tenure and age heterogeneity of the senior management team of cultural enterprises is related to corporate performance There is a negative impact;the average education level promotes the performance of cultural enterprises;(3)The concentration of equity weakens the relationship between the average tenure,age heterogeneity and tenure heterogeneity of senior management teams and corporate performance.Finally,according to the research conclusions,some suggestions for optimizing the allocation of senior management team are put forward,and combined with the development status of Chinese cultural enterprises,scientific methods for improving performance of cultural enterprises are found,so as to realize the optimization of senior management teams and promote the sustainable and healthy development of cultural enterprises. |
