In recent years,As people from all walks of life pay more and more attention to the relationship between psychological distance and moral judgment. The psychological distance effect of moral judgment time and other dimensions is investigated from the perspective of constructing level theory. However, the influence of other psychological distance dimensions on moral judgment has not been studied.Because the traditional cognitive model in the field of moral psychology can not effectively solve the problem of the relationship between knowledge and action on the moral level, the research on moral personality is introduced into it.Metaphor as a cognitive tool, psychological distance as In the face of the great moral events in the society, the influence of social psychological distance on the metaphorical effect of moral size can not only deepen people‘s understanding of moral personality, but also provide a new direction for the study of moral personality. In this study, the influence of social psychological distance on the metaphorical effect of moral size is studied through three experiments,Based on the understanding of the basic theory of metaphor, psychological distance and so on.Among them, the vocabulary type and font size were selected as independent variables in experiment(1),and the correct rate and reaction time were used as dependent variables. The results showed that the average correct rate and standard deviation of 40 subjects. At the same time, compared to judge the big word immoral or small morality,is right to try big word moral or small immoral reaction time is shorter.Verify the existence of moral metaphor size effect. In experiment(2),40 different subjects were still selected as experimental subjects. The results of experiment(1)were taken as independent variables, including metaphorical consistency, psychosocial distance and response time as dependent variables. Results show that the main effect of social psychological distance significantly,at the same time, the social psychological distance and interaction of metaphor plays a significant role in consistency, confirmed that the size of the social psychological distance on the consistency of metaphor has a significant effect. In order to promote the social psychological distance and moral size metaphor consistency has a significant interaction,it is necessary to take the real psychological simulation as the premise. To distinguish between mental simulations and simple semantics. In the experiment(3),the results show that the of semantic processing on moral size metaphor effect is not significant only by increasing the semantic processing of psychosocial distance vocabulary.Psychological simulation can enhance the influence of psychosocial distance on moral size metaphor effect. To sum up,through three experimental designs, this study first verified the existence of moral size metaphor effect.Secondly,on this basis,it explored that when the farther social psychological distance was activated, the moral size metaphor effect would be enhanced, and psychological distance was an important factor affecting people‘s metaphor use. Finally, this study verifies that the key factor that psychological distance priming affects the metaphorical effect of moral size is psychological simulation. In the research, its innovation lies in the social psychological distance dimension, studies its influence on the moral size metaphor consistency effect, thus has carried on the preliminary exploration to the social psychological distance and the metaphor effect relations.Starting from the dimension of social psychological distance, this paper studies its influence on the consistency effect of moral metaphors and explores the possible relationship between social psychological distance and metaphorical effect.
