| Tibetan traditional economic ethics plays an important role in the stability of Tibetan society.Tourism brings considerable economic benefits to Tibetan residents,but also affects the reconstruction and internalization of their economic ethics.The economic ethics of Tibetan residents in tourism community is worthy of our reflection.This paper takes Sangke Town of Xiahe County as a case study,and the research is divided into three parts.In the first part,uses ethnographic analysis method to analysis field investigation data and historical documents,this part makes a descriptive analysis of the changes of Sangke Town residents economic ethics under the impact of tourism.The results show that the economic ethics of the residents of Sangke Town before tourism development is simple.The economic ethics of the residents in tourism development is mainly a process of continuous learning and gradually enriching,while the younger generation is the main target population of tourism impact.Under the examination of "authenticity",although there are phenomena such as tacit "un-authentic" production,tacit "lies" trading and modernization of consumption and life style,the tourists’ s not care and the residents themselves have the power to pursue modernization is the favorable defence for residents.In the second part,uses the constructivist grounded theory methed,with the help of qualitative analysis software Nvivo11 Plus,to code the field interview data,according to the basic composition of human ethics(innate ethics,rational ethics,transcendent ethics),and finally form "learning content","learning style","authoritative norms" three main categories and 14 sub-categories.The research results show that tourism can only change the rational ethics of residents-the ethics learned from others,and transcendent ethics tend to make adjustments with the change of residents’ ethics,and make norms for residents behavior and then affect residents’ ethics.Residents’ economic ethics changes by learning new ethics and normalizing by authoritative.The third part,taking the construction of "good life" as the value goal and combining with the actual economic ethic change of the residents of Sangke Town,this part discusses the economic and ethical norms of the residents of Sangke Town,and finally expects to realize the "good life" between host and guest and the goal of sustainable tourism. |
