This article is a study of Shepan of official in the Tang Dynasty seen in Turfan documents.According to the research results of Chinese and Japanese scholars in Document Administration,the first chapter finds out that in the writs of Xizhou unearthed from tomb NO.509 at Astana,two pieces which belong to the files on reporting the number of alfalfa,cannot be put together directly.Both of the pieces can be joint by document which was unearthed in the same tomb.NO.25,NO.27,NO.28 document unearthed from tomb NO.210 at Astana,all belong to the files of cangcao in648.NO.17 document is the end of a file.The second chapter studies the signature of the procurator seen in Turfan documents.Firstly,verify the specific scope of "Bisi" in the Tang Dynasty,and then sort out the four signature forms of the regent:She,Pan,Jian,Jianjiao.The third chapter explores the reasons why the "She Mou Guan Shu" appeared at the local and central levels.The appearance of the signing form of " She Mou Guan Shu" in Xizhou is related to the changes in the organizational principles of local governments between the Han and Tang Dynasties;the appearance in the central government is related to the Shizhichaiqian system after the Anshi Rebellion.
