Research On The Construction Of Chinese Enterprise Ethics Based On The Modern Confucian Businessmen Spirit

The modern Confucian businessman spirit is a new concept of corporate governance established by the modern entrepreneurs on the basis of absorbing the spiritual connotation of traditional Chinese Confucian businessmen with the main connotation of “The management concept of people-oriented,the justice benefit value of co-generation of justice and benefit,the honesty concept of good faith and the harmony concept of ‘peace is most precious’ ” integrating the characteristics of current socialist market economy under the background of economic globalization.Making an overall survey at Chinese enterprises under the background of globalization,although many of them have already been equipped with normative laws & regulations and embryonic forms of enterprise culture,from the perspective of overall market situation at present,there are still many problems in the construction of enterprise ethics,such as tendency of valuing benefit more than justice,neglect of human factors,indifference of corporate social responsibility and deviation of corporate wealth concept,etc.Based on inheriting the traditional excellent culture,the modern Confucian businessman spirit has endowed the Confucian culture with a new era connotation,which can not only provide ideological guidance for solving the problems existing in the current enterprise ethics construction,but also promote the Chinese culture so as to help realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.This article is mainly composed of four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which summarizes and enumerates the current domestic and foreign research on the spirit of modern Confucian businessmen as well as the research ideas and innovations of this article;the second chapter outlines the connotation,extension and characteristics of Confucian businessmen spirit and enterprise ethics in the new era,and analyzes the reference significance of the modern Confucian businessmen spirit to the construction of enterprise ethics;the third chapter analyzes the achievements and problems in the construction of enterprise ethics in China at present,and dissects the causes of the problems in the construction of enterprise ethics in modern China from three aspects: the absent of construction of enterprise ethics culture,the lack of institutional guarantee in the construction of enterprise ethics,and the lack of social supervision in the construction of enterprise ethics;the fourth chapter discusses that how to build the Chinese enterprise ethics construction by applying the modern Confucian businessman spirit,combine the modern Confucian businessman spirit with the Chinese enterprise ethics construction,advocate to construct the enterprise ethics culture with “people-oriented”,build the right wealth view with “co-generation of justice and benefit”,construct the harmonious enterprise ethics environment with “peace is most precious” and construct the normative ethics system through “good faith”,so as to promote the standardization of enterprise ethical construction in China,and reach a good socio-economic ecological circle through further combination of the four aspects as mentioned above.The construction of enterprise ethics should always focus on the overall requirements of socialist core values,apply the essence of modern Confucian businessman spirit to the theory and practice of enterprise ethics construction,endow the spirit of Confucian businessman with new era and practical significance from the perspective of enterprise management,and properly handle the employee relationship,the relationship between justice and benefit,the relationship between the construction of enterprise and the environment.This article aims to make suggestions for the ethics construction in the operation of Chinese enterprises,so that more enterprises and entrepreneurs can realize the important role of the modern Confucian businessmen spirit.They should not forget the original intention of establishing enterprises,keep in mind the mission of contributing to employees,society and human beings,and contribute their due strength to the establishment of a good new socialist economic environment.
