enterprise behavior,and urge enterprises to constantly strengthen their ethical responsibility construction.As an important part of business ethics,corporate social responsibility and corporate moral responsibility play an important normative role in the formation and play of entrepreneurship.Corporate social responsibility has become an inevitable requirement for the existence of enterprises as social organizations,and also an important manifestation of entrepreneurship.Corporate social responsibility usually includes four aspects: economic responsibility,legal responsibility,moral responsibility and charitable responsibility.Among them,economic responsibility and legal responsibility are the basic requirements of social responsibility,while moral responsibility and charitable responsibility are higher level requirements for enterprises.For modern enterprises,economic responsibility and legal responsibility are no longer the factors they specially consider,because they are the necessary elements for the development of enterprises and the premise to ensure that enterprises can normally participate in business activities.Charity responsibility is an existence based on moral responsibility,so it has higher requirements than moral responsibility.People can’t stand without spirit,so can enterprises.As a higher requirement for enterprises,moral responsibility is an important manifestation of entrepreneurship,the fulfillment of corporate moral responsibility is closely related to entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurial spirit is the spiritual power that can guide the sustainable development of an enterprise,and it determines the breadth and depth of enterprise development to a large extent.As an enterprise’s pursuit of morality,corporate moral responsibility usually provides necessary guarantee for the formation of entrepreneurship.The height of corporate moral responsibility affects the height of entrepreneurship,and also affects the extent of the final development of the enterprise.Therefore,at present,enterprises should bear more moral responsibilities as moral subjects.This is not only the pursuit of the enterprise as it should be,but also reflects the ethical implications of contemporary entrepreneurship.The development of entrepreneurship has gone through a long process,but it has similar characteristics from the source.Looking around the world,whether it is the western entrepreneurship based on Protestant ethics,the Japanese entrepreneurship based on Zen ethics,or the Chinese entrepreneurship based on Confucian ethics,ethical factors have been running through them.However,with the constant change and development of society,this ethical factor has been gradually diluted.There is a clear distinction between Chinese and Western entrepreneurship.The West pays more attention to innovation oriented entrepreneurship and the pursuit of maximum interests.China pays more attention to the ethical requirements of entrepreneurship and maximizes the interests of enterprises while pursuing the optimization of social interests.However,in any case,there is a consensus between China and the West on entrepreneurship,which is the ideological root of promoting economic growth.Looking back at the history of the development of Chinese entrepreneurship,from the whole historical stage of the formation of businessmen,we can see that China’s entrepreneurship has gone through four stages of development,from the traditional entrepreneurship in the pre Qin era to the entrepreneurship in the early stage of China’s modern industrialization,to the entrepreneurship in New China when industrialization achieved certain results in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,to the entrepreneurship in the market economy since the reform and opening up,China’s social structure has undergone fundamental changes,The composition of entrepreneurs in China has also undergone fundamental changes.The growth of modern entrepreneurs in China can not be separated from the process of reform and opening up.From the development process of modern enterprises to the growth process of modern entrepreneurs,the ethical spirit of modern entrepreneurs is better presented.The ethical spirit of modern Chinese entrepreneurs originates from the business practice of modern Chinese entrepreneurs.From the perspective of the growth process of modern entrepreneurs,the ethical spirit of modern Chinese entrepreneurs is concentrated on three levels and six aspects,including patriotism,responsibility and responsibility,altruism and dedication,which belong to the ethical spirit of Chinese entrepreneurs at the level of business values,innovation and enterprising spirit Craftsman and professionalism belong to the ethical spirit of Chinese entrepreneurs’ work,while integrity and contract spirit belong to the ethical spirit of Chinese entrepreneurs’ management.The development of contemporary China’s socialist market economy needs to cultivate a sound entrepreneurial spirit,which is not and cannot be created out of thin air.As a spiritual and cultural phenomenon,it can only be an innovation on the basis of inheriting the previous cultural spirit.In essence,the entrepreneurial spirit of contemporary China must be the entrepreneurial spirit with distinctive Chinese characteristics,which is embodied in the spirit of Confucian businessmen.The Confucian businessman spirit is not only an important symbol that distinguishes contemporary Chinese entrepreneurship from that of other countries in the world,but also a source of strength on which Chinese entrepreneurship relies for its long-term inheritance and development.It is also the ethical essence of contemporary Chinese entrepreneurship.The construction of contemporary Chinese entrepreneurship not only cannot leave the spirit of Confucian businessmen,but also needs to modernize the traditional spirit of Confucian businessmen and combine new development trends in the new historical period to promote the forging and upgrading of contemporary Chinese entrepreneurship.There is no doubt that the spirit of Confucian businessmen is the essence of contemporary Chinese entrepreneurship,but this does not mean that the spirit of Confucian businessmen is the whole content of contemporary entrepreneurship,and it also has many new era features such as innovation and adventure.At the same time,the construction of contemporary Chinese entrepreneurship also has a lot of times value.On the whole,the entrepreneurship of contemporary China is not only a powerful engine leading China’s economic development,but also an important means to enhance China’s cultural confidence,a necessary way to help realize the Chinese Dream,and an important support for building a community with a shared future for mankind.Although China’s entrepreneurship covers a very rich content,there are still some problems in the contemporary construction,which can be summarized into three categories.First,it is a historical problem that light business culture restricts the formation of entrepreneurship;Second,the inhibition of institutional factors on the growth of entrepreneurship,which is the most prominent practical problem in the reform and opening up.The third is the modernity transformation of Confucian businessman spirit,which is the difficulty and key problem of the construction of contemporary Chinese entrepreneurship.Is it possible to construct the contemporary spirit of entrepreneurship? This paper believes that this is possible for the following reasons: family and country feelings are the belief gene of Chinese entrepreneurship,honesty and trustworthiness are the basic principles of Chinese entrepreneurship,righteousness for profit is the inexhaustible power of Chinese entrepreneurship,and people-oriented is the human philosophy of Chinese entrepreneurship.Since the contemporary construction of Chinese entrepreneurship is possible,what are its basis and ethical principles? This paper argues that the contemporary construction of Chinese entrepreneurship is based on corporate moral responsibility.The identity of the enterprise as the subject of moral responsibility has been confirmed without error.The enterprise’s moral responsibility is caused by the internal regulation of the enterprise as an enterprise,and is the inevitable requirement of the enterprise as an economic organization,a legal person organization and an ethical subject,which runs through the enterprise’s behavior and development.Therefore,the ethical principles of the contemporary construction of Chinese entrepreneurship can be considered from three aspects: first,the ethical principles followed by individual entrepreneurs,namely,the unity of "economic man" and "moral man";second,the ethical principles followed in business activities,namely,the coordination of "rational self-interest" and "justice for profit";third,the ethical principles followed in market economic activities,namely,the combination of "spiritual contract" and "practical contract".By establishing the ethical principles based on corporate moral responsibility and guided by the three pairs of ethical categories,we can provide a theoretical foundation for the contemporary construction of entrepreneurship.China’s entrepreneurship has its unique characteristics,which means that the specific construction path must closely follow China’s specific practice.Specifically,the entrepreneurship of contemporary China can be constructed from the three levels of individuals,society and the state.The construction of entrepreneurship based on the individual level of entrepreneurs includes the realization of entrepreneur identity,the tempering of entrepreneur’s humanistic spirit and the cultivation of entrepreneur’s ideal personality.The construction of entrepreneurship based on the social level of business activities of enterprises includes building a market environment and social atmosphere conducive to the growth of entrepreneurs,establishing a sound fair and just system,and paying attention to the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents.The construction of entrepreneurship at the national level based on the particularity of the formation of Chinese entrepreneurship focuses on the construction of political and business relations,which is highlighted by the construction of a new "pro Qing" political and business relationship.In essence,the new "pro Qing" political and business relationship reflects the dialectical unity of an effective market and a promising government,The core is to be friendly and modest,clear and promising.Therefore,in the construction,we should be close to each other in emotional cognition,in active service,and in political and business communication.Based on the current situation,China’s entrepreneurial spirit should not only inherit and carry forward the beneficial elements of history,but also release the traditional Chinese Entrepreneurship.We should also keep up with the pace of the times,adapt to the new situation of international political and economic development,consciously grasp the process of world history,and focus on the integration with contemporary entrepreneurship,especially the spirit of innovation and adventure.In the new era,we need to constantly update the connotation of Chinese entrepreneurship,constantly enrich the content of global entrepreneurship,and leave a shadow of Chinese entrepreneurship on the world historical stage.
