Research On Ethical Issues Of Intelligent Algorithms

The Internet,big data and artificial intelligence(AI)become the driving forces for the rapid development of contemporary and future human society.Countries around the world have regarded them as national development strategies.They not only bring us many conveniences,but also make us face many legal and ethical issues of information civilization technology.Extensive discussions around ethical issues such as algorithm ethics,human autonomous and technical unemployment have been conducted.However,the research on the artificial intelligence ethical issues in academia is still in the rising and developing stage.These algorithm ethical issues are still relatively less and scattered in China.In view of the background,this paper will summarize the achievements and shortcomings on the intelligence algorithms ethical issues of the previous research,and will make a brief research around an overview,the ethical dilemma and the realized path of algorithm ethics.Firstly,the paper will briefly introduce the intelligent algorithm ethics by explaining its decision-making,the rise process and its ethical attributes.These aspects refer to algorithms that is morally acceptable,more reliable and safe when make the decision-making of autonomous systems.Secondly,will analyze the ethical dilemmas of algorithms.Algorithms face ethical issues including autonomous,practical,and design issues,which shows that algorithm ethics is a basic principle and technical bottom line for achieving artificial intelligence security.Finally,will discuss the realized path of algorithm ethics.It is trying to take the ethical embedding and ethical supervision of algorithm as a hook to reveal that the realized path of algorithm ethics is not only needs to embed the leading role of human,but also needs to avoid the "digital divide" to realize the ultimate goal of enhancing human well-being.We are already living in an age of algorithms.Algorithms have inevitably participated in human’s moral life,and have deeply affected every corner of civilized society.In conditions of this,we not only need to look at the intelligent revolution dialectically,but also need to accept this new civilized choice and the new method actively.
