Previous studies have shown that distributable amount, gain and loss situation and moral judgment all have influence on people’s evaluation of behavioral justice, but there is still insufficient evidence on the interaction of these factors. Therefore, this study aims to explore the influence of allocable amount and gain and loss situation on people’s behavioral outcome evaluation under different moral identity conditions. In Experiment 1,we used the traditional ultimatum game task to explore the effects of four kinds of assignable money on the participants’ evaluation of unfair behavior.Behavioral results showed that the acceptance rate of participants was proportional to the amount of money, and this effect persisted regardless of whether the amount of money available was too high.We choose 20 yuan and 20,000 yuan as the two conditions for the distributable amount in Experiment 2.In Experiment 2,we used ERP to explore the neural mechanism of the effects of allocates amount, moral judgment and proposal fairness on the outcome evaluation of participants.Behavioral results showed that positive conditions would increase the acceptance rate of the subjects, while negative conditions would decrease the acceptance rate.In the P300 component,in the condition of high morality,20,000 yuan will induce a larger P300amplitude;In the 20000 yuan condition, the high moral people will induce a larger P300 amplitude. This suggests that both the positive moral and monetary conditions can enhance the attention distribution and motivation significance of the participants in the late outcome evaluation stage. In terms of FRN components,it was found that the 20 yuan and the relatively unfair conditions would induce more negative FRN amplitude, and both the amount of available allocation and the fairness of the proposal would have an impact on the early rapid evaluation stage, while the influence of moral judgment might be weakened.Experiment 3 replaced the distributable amount with the gain and loss scenario.Behavioral results also found the role of moral judgment and proposed fairness. On the P300 component,we still found the moderating effect of moral identity and proposal fairness on acceptance rate.Importantly,we found a significant interaction between the gain-loss context and moral identity.Only in the loss condition,we found that the P300 amplitude induced by high, medium and low moral identities was significantly correlated with each other, that is,loss aversion magnified the role of morality in the late outcome evaluation stage. In terms of FRN components,we found that the loss situation would induce a larger FRN amplitude, which indicated that in the early rapid result evaluation, the negative feedback caused by loss aversion under the condition of low amount was stronger than the negative feedback caused by morality and fairness, that is,it was more sensitive to the loss in the early rapid result evaluation. To sum up,we can draw the following conclusions :(1)The outcome assessment of behavioral justice is regulated by distributable amount, and the average acceptance rate of the subjects is proportional to the change of distributable amount, even though the amount far exceeds the monthly income of the subjects.(2)When faced with both high distributable sum and high morality, moral judgment only weakens the sense of fairness and reduces the turning point of fairness,or enhances the effect of high returns; This change is reversed when moral identity is reduced, and the effect is also reduced.(3)FRN found that in the early evaluation stage, the stronger the negative feedback was,the higher the amplitude of FRN was induced, especially the loss aversion induced by a small amount.(4)P300 found that under the influence of high money, the role of moral information would be further amplified, and then affect the motivation and attention allocation in the late outcome evaluation. The aversion induced by small losses and moral differences may have the same or similar neural mechanisms in the late evaluation stage.
