Research On Human Development In The Circumstances Of Digital Labor

With the rapid development of information and communication technology,human labor methods have been innovated,and human development conditions have also undergone corresponding changes.Digital labor,as the most contemporary form of labor in the 21 st century,has a dual role and influence on human development.From the positive perspective,digital labor can stimulate people’s creative potential,enrich social relationships,promote people’s personalized development,and lead people’s development to a free and comprehensive field;From the negative perspective,digital labor formalizes the value of human free time,forces the labor subject into the dilemma of digitalization,and is deeply exploited by digital capital and controlled by ideology.Therefore,to study human development in the context of digital labor,it is necessary to reflect on the structural relationship between these two dimensions,namely,in which way we can make the best of digital labor without having it controlled under the capital logic and therefore boost the human beings’ development in a free and comprehensive way.The solution to the problem lies in whether people can always maintain the ontological basis of labor as a human being when dealing with the basic contradiction between capital and labor,and rationally delimit the operating range of capital logic.Clarifying this essential relationship has great enlightenment for the development of China’s digital economy and the promotion of people’s free and all-round development.
