Research On The Participation Of Art Professionals In The Construction Of Rural Basic Public Culture

It is necessary to build a reasonable public cultural service system,further enrich the current cultural products and give full play to the important role of cultural industry in China’s economic development.As an important part of China’s socialist modernization,the cultural construction in rural areas is becoming more and more prominent.The government should provide strong support for the development of rural public cultural service activities,and other social subjects should also play a corresponding role.Since entering the new century,more and more attention has been paid to the development of rural economy,politics,culture,society and ecological civilization.Strengthening the construction of basic public cultural services in rural areas is a powerful implementation of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in the new era.Colleges and universities are the main gathering place of all kinds of talents and technological resources,as well as the highland of talents,science and technology and wisdom.They bear more responsibilities than other social groups in the rural public cultural service system.However,the efforts of art professionals in Colleges and universities to participate in the construction of rural basic public culture are not enough,and there are still many problems,which are worthy of further study.This is one of the important reasons why I choose this research topic.In this paper,literature review,questionnaire survey and other methods are used to conduct classroom research.The relevant literature on public service construction at home and abroad is comprehensively combed,and the research results are deeply summarized;Based on the new public service theory and public service equalization theory,this paper analyzes the connotation and necessity of Art Majors’ participation in rural basic public cultural construction,and points out that art majors in Colleges and universities are the providers of public cultural facilities,the creators of public cultural products,the undertakers of public cultural training,and the promoters of public cultural popularization,It plays a key role in the construction of public cultural services;Based on the actual situation of Shandong University of management’s participation in the construction of rural basic public cultural services,this paper analyzes the survey results through the questionnaire,and summarizes the problems existing in the current college’s participation in the construction of rural public culture: the opening of facilities is relatively single,the degree of participation is not deep enough,the specialty and curriculum are unreasonable,and the talent training work of colleges and universities is lack of pertinence.In order to better play the role of colleges and universities in the construction of rural public cultural services,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the above problems,and concludes that the current colleges and universities in the rural public cultural services are not enough attention,the social support for the construction of rural public culture is not enough,and the government’s policy support in the construction of rural public culture is not enough;Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons,this paper proposes that the education concept should be changed and the education of the concept of serving the society should be strengthened in the process of college art professionals participating in the construction of rural basic public culture;Mobilize the participation of all parties to jointly promote the development of public culture and art education industry;Improve the teaching practice system and optimize the professional curriculum;The government should improve the rules and regulations and provide policy guarantee.The research of this paper has a certain guiding significance for the future college art professionals to participate in the construction of rural public culture.This is conducive to the improvement of local modern public cultural service system,and can also improve the level of rural basic cultural construction.
