After the Anti-Japanese War,the Communist Party of China established liberated areas in Northeast China and carried out all kinds of work,among which education was an important content.In order to change the complicated and broken education situation in Northeast China and meet the needs of the Party’s ideological and cultural construction and the training of cadres and talents,the Northeast Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and the Northeast Administrative Committee have formulated and implemented a series of educational policies in the liberated areas.The implementation of various educational policies not only achieved good results at that time,but also provided rich experience and enlightenment for the development of education in the new era.Studying the education policy of the Northeast Liberated Area of the Communist Party of China is not only helpful to understand the theory and practice of the new democratic cultural construction led by the Party,but also of great significance to run the education of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This paper is divided into the following three parts:The first part is about the historical background of the education policy-making of the Northeast Liberated Area of the Communist Party of China.After the end of the Anti-Japanese War,due to the long-term influence of the enslavement education by Japanese puppets and the Kuomintang’s efforts to infiltrate its feudalism and fascism thoughts among the northeast people,the education situation in Northeast China was extremely complex.At the same time,the backward political consciousness and cultural level of the people in Northeast China is extremely unfavorable for the Communist Party of China to carry out ideological and cultural construction and train cadres and talents in the liberated areas in Northeast China.Therefore,a series of educational policies must be formulated and implemented to change them.The second part is the main content of the education policy of the Communist Party of China in Northeast Liberated Area and its implementation.The education policy of the Northeast Liberated Area of the Communist Party of China is adapted to the times and rich in content.First of all,get rid of the legacy of enslavement education,and then formulate and implement a series of educational policies on the basis of the policy of "cadre education first,national education second",so as to vigorously develop cadre education to cultivate and train a large number of cadres and talents.Meanwhile,develop and timely rectify secondary and higher education,and then promote the realization of "new normalization" of education in liberated areas;take various measures to popularize primary education and actively promote social education,so as to improve the cultural quality of the northeast people in an all-round way.The third part is the evaluation of the education policy of the Communist Party of China in Northeast Liberated Area.Including the elaboration of the characteristics,implementation effect and realistic enlightenment of the education policy of the Communist Party of China in the Northeast Liberated Area.The education policy of the Communist Party of China in the northeast liberated area has the characteristics of regionalism,epochal,pertinence and demonstration.The formulation and implementation of various policies have achieved remarkable results in more than three years.The education work in Northeast China has been carried out in an orderly manner,and a relatively complete education system has been established,which has made the education in Northeast China take shape.At the same time,the cultural quality of the people in Northeast China has been improved,and a large number of cadres and talents in various fields have been trained.The education policy of the Communist Party of China in the Northeast Liberated Area provides rich enlightenment for the development of today’s education,that is,the education must adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the education work should be shifted from the central task of the Party,peoplecentered development of education and the promotion of education policy needs to change and keep pace with the times.
