Research On The Jing Jie Style Of Pre-Qin Scholars

There are many Pre-Qin explanatory styles,which are mainly divided into the Jing Zhuan Style in historical literature and the Jing Shuo Style,Jing Jie Style in Pre-qin scholars literature.Among them,the Jing Jie Style is not only widely used in the Pre-Qin period,but also has a farreaching influence on other literary styles in later times,and it is also of great significance in the academic and literary history.But at present,the academic circle has little research on it and has not paid enough attention to it.This article will take the Jing Jie Style of Pre-Qin Scholars as the center to distinguish the stylistic differences between the Jing Zhuan,Jing Shuo and the Jing Jie.And study the Jing Jie Style from the stylistic connotation,stylistic difference,cultural background,stylistic characteristics,literary significance of five aspects by the methods of text analysis,the phylogenetics and the hermeneutics.Except the introduction and conclusion,this article mainly divides into four parts,the main contents are as follows.The first part is divided into three points.First,to analyse the stylistic connotation of the Jing Jie Style and distinguish the stylistic differences between the Jing Zhuan,Jing Shuo and the Jing Jie.Second,researching the Jing Jie Style in the historical background of the Pre-Qin Dynasty.As a functional style,the Jing Jie Style is deeply influenced by the specific cultural background.Finally,to research the Jing Jie structure of the Pre-Qin Scholars’ essays,pointing out that the early form of the Jing Jie is in the Guanzi,while the mature form of the Jing Jie is in the Han Feizi.The second and third part of this paper is studying the Jing Jie Style in Guan Zi and Han Feizi from four aspects: explanatory purpose,explanatory style,explanatory feature and explanatory value.In a manner of speaking,the explanatory purpose of the Jing Jie Style is not to interpret the scriptures but to proclaim his own ideas.And there are two main types of explanatory styles,one is "self-scripture",the other is "text as transmission".The explanatory feature of the Jing Jie Style is to extend its original meaning.And stylistically,it has an attempt to convert the annotation to lobbying,and moving towards a kind of argumentive prose with a clear intention.Meanwhile,it has a cultivating effect on many styles of writing in later generations.In the fourth part,summarize the significance of the Jing Jie Style of Pre-Qin Scholars in the literary history from two aspects of thought and literary expression.Ideologically,the Jing Jie Style from the beginning of the interpretation of the classic to the later use of the classic,which embodies the utilitarian "views on language and meaning" of the Pre-Qin Scholars,and it set a precedent for the "six scriptures note oneself " in later generations.In terms of literary,the Jing Jie Style pays special attention to the logicality and the literariness of articles,which have made contributions to the development of the Pre-Qin Prose.
