| The second season of "Flavour World" is a food exploration documentary produced by Tencent Video and co-produced by Daolai Media and Penguin Films.The film will be launched exclusively on Tencent Video on April 26,2020,and will be broadcast simultaneously on Zhejiang Satellite TV.The "Flavour in the World" series of documentaries set a new benchmark in the field of food documentaries.It presents the relationship between people and food,between people,and people and the world with a global perspective,and leads the audience to understand the differences in the food culture of different civilizations.The documentary aims to showcase global cuisine,but the emotional resonance and discussion caused by cuisine and gastronomic geography have more research significance and value.Based on the "Triple Dialectics" of Edward Sawyer’s space epistemology in space narratology,this article sorts out the basis for the division of epistemology of first space,epistemology of second space and epistemology of third space.The first space is a "physical space" with regional characteristics,the second space is an "imagination space" created by text,and the third space is an "open space" that reconstructs the meaning of space.First of all,from the macro perspective of the global perspective,the author combed through the text analysis method to identify the elements of the “physical space” in the second season of "Flavour Human World",specifically including local and overseas rural spaces and local and overseas urban spaces.Secondly,from a microscopic perspective,I will summarize and summarize how "physical space" triggers the second space-"imagination space",and what kind of "imagination space" it triggers.Finally,the emotional resonance and discussion triggered by the documentary are fully demonstrated in the "open space" of reconstructing meaning.The author reproduces the user’s motivation and purpose of reconstructing meaning in the open space by way of participatory observation.The study found that the "three-dimensional dialectics" of spatial epistemology has a more profound interpretation of the connotation of the text.It takes "space" as narrative support,and uses "practice of space","representation of space" and "representational space" as means to analyze the "physical space","imaginary space" and "open space" of the documentary text to explore Food culture and social core reflected from the perspective of multiple spatial narratives.It can be seen that the organic combination of “space” with rich connotation and diverse food subjects,the food culture and humanistic sentiment in the “space”,and the creation of deep attractiveness,are conducive to people’s participation in cultural dissemination with the presentation of space. |
