| Chinese punctuation is an auxiliary tool for the Chinese writing and an indispensable part of learning Chinese.This paper takes the oversea students’ writing corpus of Chinese punctuation from Thai and Vietnamese students as the research object.From the perspective of language differences,this paper studies the similarities and differences of using Chinese punctuation by Thai and Vietnamese students.The first part will start from Thai and Vietnamese textual segmentation forms,and explore the connection between these two languages and modern Chinese punctuation.In general,Thai is a language that seldom uses punctuation in writing.Vietnamese has the habit of using punctuation marks,and most of the forms and functions of Vietnamese punctuation is the same as Chinese punctuation marks.The second part is mainly based on the National Standards of the People’s Republic of China-General rules for punctuation,which counts the usage of Chinese punctuation by students from Thailand and Vietnam,and uses them correctly according to the punctuation marks,incorrect forms of punctuation,and punctuation use missing,redundant use of punctuation,and incorrect use of punctuation to classify statistics.Then compare the overall usage of Chinese punctuation by Thai and Vietnamese students.The third part will analyze and explain the commonalities and individualities of the use of Chinese punctuation by students from Thailand and Vietnam around the statistical classification of the second part.Then,according to the commonality and individuality of the use of punctuation in Thailand and Vietnam,it analyzes the reasons that affect Thai and Vietnamese students when learning Chinese punctuation.The fourth part will focus on the commonality and individuality of Chinese punctuation used by foreign students in Thailand and Vietnam analyzed in the previous article,and combine the factors that affect students’ Chinese punctuation learning.From the aspects of students and teachers,suggestions will be given for foreign students based on different native backgrounds. |
