A Comparative Study Of Uighur And Uighur-Mongolian Contracts

Contract documents are the documents related to loan,sale,pawn,tenancy and so on which are negotiated and concluded according to law because of various transactions and social communication activities between two or more parties.It is a kind of written voucher with binding force to safeguard the rights of both parties and has very important academic value.Based on Uighur contract and Uighur-Mongolian contract documents as the main research object,on the basis of the existing research,the Uighur,general contract and Uighur-Mongolian contract documents to system arrange,borrowing contract documents,sales contract documents,for example,compare the Uighur contract and Uighur-Mongolian contract documents and detailed analysis and summary.This paper consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.Introduction: Firstly,it briefly explains the reason and significance of this topic.Secondly,it introduces the relevant research status,research objectives and methods of Uighur contract and Uighur-Mongolian contract documents at home and abroad.Finally,it introduces the basic research materials and transliteration symbols used in this paper.Main body part: consists of three chapters.The first chapter,Classification and general situation of contract documents in Uighur and Uighur-Mongolian,the first section describes two kinds of text classification of contract documents,indicating the documents,this article compare the lending business documents,such as two categories of contract documents,the second section introduces two kinds of contract documents,by sorting and summing up the basic situation of two languages contract documents.The second chapter,Uighur compared with Uighur-Mongolian contract borrowing contract documents,for example,a complete two lending instruments and Latin transliteration,translation from the original,based on the terms of the basic structure of two kinds of lending instruments and time,writing method,lending interest rates,the applicant,such as content and so on to make a concrete analysis,and compared to a link between the two.The third chapter compares the sale contract documents in Uighur contract and Uighur-Mongolian contract documents,with examples of some sales documents,transliterating their original texts from Latin to Chinese,and elaborating the similarities and differences between them from the perspectives of the basic structure of sales documents,the chronology of the documents,the punishment for breach of contract,the phenomenon of pawning and private ownership,and agricultural production.In the conclusion part,based on the analysis and research of each chapter,the general situation,classification,basic structure and relevant contents of the Uighur contract and Uighurr-Mongolian contract documents are summarized.
