| In recent years,as more and more foreign children’s literature is introduced into China,the domestic market demand for translations of children’s literature is huge.One of the current research trends is to study the translation of children’s literature from the perspective of literary theory.So far,many scholars have analyzed literary translation from the perspective of dialogue theory,but the guiding role of dialogue theory in the study of children’s literature translation has not yet been perfected,and there is no fixed framework for the application of dialogue theory to translation research.Based on the practice of translating Solutions and Other Problems,this translation report explores and summarizes the corresponding translation strategies and methods by combining Bakhtin’s dialogue theory with the dialogue between the translator and the author,the dialogue between the translator and the reader,and the dialogue between the translator and the target text.Specifically,from the perspective of the dialogue between the translator and the author,the translation methods that can be adopted include the method of addition and annotation.From the perspective of the dialogue between the translator and the target reader,the methods of reversing and omission can be considered.From the perspective of the dialogue between the translator and the target text,translation can be carried out through the combination and shift methods.This paper aims to summarize reasonable translation methods through the study of dialogue theory and translation practice of children’s literature,so as to provide necessary help and inspiration for the future translation of children’s literature... |
