A Study Of Wu Jiaji’s Narrative Poems

In the Qing Dynasty,it was the general trend to narrate current affairs and reflect social reality with poems,and a large number of excellent works emerged.Wu Jiaji,as one of the most successful poets of Taizhou adherents in the early Qing Dynasty,his narrative poetry can not only reflect the social style of a specific era,perspective the spiritual side of the adherents,but also show his noble personality and unique artistic style.After the death of the Ming Dynasty,Wu Jiaji was determined to forge ahead and chanted bitterly all his life.He adhered to the spiritual belief of "invigorating the world with poetry" and "spreading the will of the adherents".He integrated the individual joys and sorrows and the pain of the times into his narrative poetry creation and unfolded the heart history of the adherents’ pain.Wu Jiaji’s narrative poems are rich in content,including the people’s livelihood,the memory of the nation’s subjugation,mourning for relatives and friends,life chronicles and so on.Wu Jiaji’s narrative poems not only have high ideological value,but also have rich artistic connotation.By analyzing the Narrativity of Wu Jiaji’s narrative poems,that is,the omniscient and limited narrative perspective,the generation path of the character image "moving with emotion",the narrative time form of the combination of forward narration,backward narration and pre narration,and the typical and fragmentary narrative space,we can further grasp the poet’s poetic treatment form of characters and events.Most of Wu Jiaji’s poetry style evaluation is cold and lonely,but Hong Liangji’s evaluation of Wu Jiaji’s poetry is "Jiang GUI’s spirit".Starting from this point,this paper tries to grasp the unique aesthetic effect of Wu Jiaji’s narrative poetry from three aspects: Jiang GUI’s nature of "cold appearance and warm heart","Jiang GUI’s spirit of" old spicy and severe fear "and" Jiang GUI’s appearance of "natural and simple".The origin of Wu Jiaji’s narrative poems is mainly inherited from Du Fu.In the spirit of narrative poems,he imitates Du Fu’s "elegant" spirit and "poetic history" character;In the art of narrative poetry,he imitates his writing tendency of "instant famous prose",realistic theme processing form,tortuous narrative structure and gloomy and mellow emotional tone.By exploring Wu Jiaji’s acceptance of Du Fu’s narrative poems in spirit and art,we can grasp the core source of Wu Jiaji’s narrative poems,from which we can see a form of acceptance of Du Fu’s narrative poems in the early Qing Dynasty.
