An Analysis Of The Structyre And Performance Techniques Of Chamonov’s Accordion Work Bulgarian Suite

BULGARIAN SUITE is the first accordion work written by Semyonov,which incorporates the national elements of Bulgaria.The dynamic melody,gorgeous technique,light speed and complex rhythm outline the singing and dancing character of Bulgarian people and their positive attitude.The paper is analyzed in three parts.In the first part discusses the artistic career of Semyonov and the national tunes embodied in Bulgarian suite.In the second part,the Bulgarian Suite is analyzed structurally,by analyzing and studying the national characteristics and compositional techniques of the piece.In the third part,the performance techniques of the Bulgarian Suite are studied.By analyzing the work,it is concluded how to use the techniques of variation,bellows,and key touch to incorporate one’s own feelings in order to interpret the Bulgarian national character and the feelings that the author wishes to express.It is hoped that the study and analysis of the Bulgarian Suite will help accordion players who are new to this piece and who are performing it for the first time to gain a new understanding of it.
