Wu Zi was a famous scholar in Qianjia period of Qing Dynasty.He created a lot of poems and essays in his life,which were mainly included in the collection of Wu Xueshi’s poems,collection of Wu Xueshi ’s essays and 100 poems named after One E Red.In addition,the selected parallel prose of Collected works of eight pianists compiled by Wu Zi became a famous parallel prose anthology in Qianjia period.Wu Zi’s father died early.When he was 21 years old,he learned from his mother’s Uncle Wang Chaoxiu and his cousin Wang Lvji.Wu Zi learned the essence of Wang Chaoxiu from the classics,while parallel prose and selected studies were taught by Wang Lvji.He traveled from Zhu Yun,Zeng Yu and others to study,visited scenic spots and made friends.He won the entrance examination in the fourth year of Jiaqing.After that,he was respected by Zhu Gui,a great scholar,and was famous for his work.Wu he had a wide range of friends,and was at ease among famous officials,writers,calligraphers,painters,monks and hermits.His poetry and prose were all reflected.Wu’s life experience has an important influence on his literary thought and literary creation.Being young,lonely and poor,and wandering for many years,makes Wu Zi sensitive and fragile.There are many works in his poems that show life is like a dream,time is not waiting for me and the complex of seclusion.As a traditional Confucian scholar official in ancient China,Wu Zi paid close attention to the national conditions and people’s livelihood,sympathized with the sufferings of the people and praised the honest and clean government.The poems about history and nostalgia are Wu’s alertness to the rulers of the current Dynasty and his perception of the decline of the world.At the same time,they also reflect Wu’s attention to women.Wu’s imagination is strange and interesting,and his metaphor is easy to use.The way of expressing his emotion in the scenery makes the readers realize Wu’s depressed emotion through the scenery they see.Wu Zi’s imitation of Han Yu’s and Su Shi’s poems is reflected in the enhancement of narrative and argumentative,rich and tortuous content,full of story and subjectivity.In the emotional tone of poetry,because of the rough experience and sensitive character,his poetry formed a "gloomy" style,whether it is ancient poetry or modern poetry,are covered with the author’s sad mood.According to different genres,his parallel prose mainly includes prefaces and postscripts,biographies and sacrificial essays,among which prefaces and postscripts are the most literary and ideological parts.Wu Zi’s anthology The collection of eight writers’ parallel prose is the concentrated embodiment of his parallel prose thought,among which the preface of The collection of eight writers’ parallel prose and the inscription of preface the stylistic status of parallel prose.Through the evaluation of later generations and a large number of annotations and sequels,we can see the influence of The collection of eight writers’ parallel prose.The aesthetic pursuit of Wu Zi’s parallel prose,which is characterized by important words,precise allusions,upright style,elegance and truth-seeking,and both talent and emotion,has formed its artistic style of simplicity,firmness and profundity,which has certain guiding significance for the creation of parallel prose in later generations.
