A Comparative Study Of Chinese And Kazakh Rhetoric In The Report Of The 19th National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

Rhetoric is one of the important parts in the research of rhetoric.In order to meet the specific purpose of the rhetoric subject in communication,by increasing the beauty and strength of expression,it will have a good response to the recipient.Although political essays emphasize solemnity,proper use of rhetoric can enhance the vividness of political essays and greatly enhance the expression effect of political essays.On the basis of the solemn and solemn language style of political papers,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China not only used a variety of common rhetorical devices such as metaphor,duality,layering,and parallelism,but also used the unique rhetoric devices of the report.A good expression effect makes the reader feel refreshed.Chinese and Kazakh belong to different language systems.From the perspective of figure of speech,they both have the same and different rhetorical methods.When expressing the same concept,is a figure of speech with widely used characteristics also expressed in the two languages? Their respective characteristics may be very different in literary works.Are there similar situations in political papers? Whether there are differences in the structure and rhetorical effect between Chinese and Kazakh language political papers.It seems necessary.Therefore,this article is based on the results of previous research on rhetoric in political papers,guided by the theory of contrastive linguistics,and used the Chinese and Kazakh translations of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the corpus.It is common and unique to the Chinese and Kazakh translations.I conducted a comparative study and concluded through comparative analysis that they have similarities in differences and differences in similarities,and they have produced better rhetorical effects.This paper is divided into five parts:The introduction part is mainly to explain the background and reason of the topic,the meaning and significance of the topic,to conduct a literature review of the existing research results,and to describe the main research methods and theoretical basis.The first chapter first defines rhetoric,distinguishes rhetoric and rhetoric,and defines the scope of rhetoric in this article.Chapter Two makes a comparative analysis of the definitions,characteristics and types of common rhetoric figures in Chinese and Kazakh in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and finds out the similarities and differences in the types of common rhetoric figures between Chinese and Kazakh.Chapter Three makes a comparative analysis of the Kazakh expressions of Chinese peculiar rhetoric in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and draws conclusions.
