Culture embodies the cohesion and creativity of a nation,and has gradually become an important factor affecting the country’s core competitiveness.Serial,through the improvement of the country’s overall strength,people begin to pursue abundance at the spiritual level.With the progress of society and the times,the two-dimensional media era30 years ago has long passed,and the world has gradually entered the "eyeball economy era" of the three-dimensional mobile Internet.The country has also successively introduced policies to support the expansion and strengthening of the cultural media industry,and promote the enhancement of the country’s cultural soft power.Under the trend of the general environment,cultural media companies have ushered in the spring of development,and the quality of their products has improved significantly.In 2020,the sudden outbreak of the new crown pneumonia virus during the Spring Festival has made the advantages of the media more prominent and manifested,leading to changes in the pattern of the cultural media industry.The focus of the capital pursuit is on cultural media companies,and economic activities such as financing and mergers and acquisitions have begun to occur frequently.In 2018,the single financing of the cultural media industry was approximately US$40 million,a record high.It is expected that this trend will continue in the next five years,and the gradual gathering of funds to large upstream enterprises has become a fixed trend.At this time,accurate assessment of the value of enterprises is extremely important.Cultural media enterprise value due to its product income uncertainty,diversified profit model,high creativity,fast update and other characteristics,currently some traditional evaluation methods have problems in the value evaluation of cultural media enterprises,so look for effective The evaluation method of the company has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently.This article first lists the traditional value evaluation methods: cost method,market method,income method and EVA valuation method,and then summarizes the value characteristics of cultural media companies,and on this basis,analyzes the value influencing factors of cultural media companies.After analyzing the applicability of various evaluation methods in cultural media companies,it is finally believed that the EVA evaluation method is the most appropriate.Visual China(000681),one of the leaders in the cultural media industry,was selected as the case study object,and the application analysis of the two-stage EVA valuation model was carried out.The study found that the EVA valuation model has good applicability in the value evaluation of cultural media companies,and can effectively help companies identify value driving factors.However,there are still some shortcomings that need to be improved,and based on this,relevant suggestions have been put forward to enhance the enterprise’s R&D and innovation capabilities and all-round multi-level development.
