Research On Data Information Graphic Design Based On Image Narration

From ancient times to the present day,image narrative has played an important role in human society.From the ancient cave paintings to the new media are all manifestations of image narrative in the context of different times.Infographic is the reproduction of information and redevelopment of image narrative in the new era.In the face of the huge amount of information,traditional research often pays attention to the formal expression and neglects the connotation of the design work.Therefore,this paper is based on image narrative theory,combined with Semiology,Iconology and other related theories,focusing on the information graphic design method.First,this paper introduces the concept of information graphic and its manifestations,discussing the narration of information graphic in the context of the "reading age".At the same time,by combing through the development of narrative theory,it summarizes the evolution of narration with the development of science and culture in different historical stages.In this way,the article explores the fit between image narrative and the "reading age",which is expresses data by information graphic.Secondly,based on the elaboration of the image narrative features of information graphic,a study of the image narrative representation of information graphic was conducted.Combined with specific cases,this paper explains the process of information graphic,including event model,narrative sequence and narrative method,which enriches the information graphic narrative level and refines the narrative logic.Finally,based on the image narrative approach of Information graphic presented in preceding text,this article chooses transmission of infectious disease as a theme for design practice.The practice will be designed from event framing,information planning and visual presentation.This paper provides clear and complete design ideas for infographic design to ensure narrative integrity and tightness.The paper uses a large number of typical cases in its discussion of the infographic design process,proposes an image narrative strategy for infographic and designs a series of infographics for the spread of infectious diseases,verifing the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed strategy through concrete practice.
