The Relationship Study Of Liu Yunruo’s Commentaries And Novels

Liu Yunruo was a popular novelist and journalist in the Republic of China,written nearly 50 novels in his lifetime.At one time,he wrote articles for Tianjin’s Ta Kung Pao and Yi Shi Newspaper’s supplement,as the newspaper’s supplement writer.And edited The 1940s popular tabloid supplement of Pei-Yang Pictorial News and the Saturday Pictorial.He wrote novels and published a lot of essays and commentaries at the same time.At present,the research perspective of academic is extensive and the study of Liu Yunruo was also increasingly diversified,but in terms of the specific content of researches,mostly are aimed at the his novels and fewer on his essays and commentaries.Nobody studied the relationship between the two on the basis of reading the texts.Because from the same writer,the different style of the novels and the commentaries often existed a kind of disconnected relationship.On the basis of sorting out the Liu Yunruo’s commentaries and classic novels,The paper tries to find out the similarities and differences between the two,through specific text comparison,and then explores the influence of the interleaving relationships on Liu Yunruo’s writing.The paper is mainly divided into four parts to write:The first part mainly studies the content of creation.With the familiarity and feelings of Tianjin,Liu Yunruo ‘s creations most come from things around him.Whether it is a novel or a miscellaneous commentary,its materials are from the people and things of the city of Tianjin,which is the common character of both.But in the specific interpretation of the text,according to the characteristics of novels and miscellaneous commentary in different styles,there are different artistic treatment.This part mainly discusses from three aspects: typical characters,events and the cultural metaphor space.The second part mainly studies the writing methods.The commentaries’ outstanding feature is argument and reasoning.The commonly used "digressions" in his novels are transformed from the argument of commentaries.In order to be easy to understand,the describing methods such as taking examples can be seen as the expansion of commentaries’ reasoning.In addition,one of the features of Liu Yunruo’s writings is along with the random and freedom,blends the two kinds ink of harmonic and regular.The third part is mainly about unique language between Liu Yunruo’s commentaries and the novels.Both the language of his novels and the language of mixed feelings and current reviews have undergone a process of transformation from a mixture of literary to modern vernacular.The modification of the language has been reduced,showing the characteristics of conversation and communication.At the same time,the humorous style of the language of his works has been put into practice.The internal transformation of "Guigen" to humorous satire.The fourth part mainly carries on the research from the feature of content.The novels are elaborate calmly,while the commentaries are more integrated into their real experience and feelings.The contents contained in Liu Yunruo’s comments and novels are multiple and change with times and environment.In the 1920s and 1930s,because the pictorials generally paid attention to interest and Liu Yunruo’s characters,his writings had a kind of leisurely color.However,after eight years of occupation,Liu Yunruo began to think about the guiding role of literature.
