With the development of the economy and the continuous upgrade of consumption,China’s national entertainment consumer demand is also becoming more and more vigorous.Under the environment of the rapid development of the entertainment market,Maoyan Entertainment has been the largest Internet in China in just a few years Entertainment service platform.In today’s increasingly fierce industry competition,if you want to maintain core competitiveness and long-term profitability in market competition,you must create a strategic model suitable for your development.Enterprise strategy is the overall abstract summary of the enterprise development plan.Therefore,the enterprise must choose a financial strategy that matches the enterprise strategy to ensure its normal operation.Now,increasingly scholars are thinked that the traditional financial strategy in the presently environment can’t meet the needs of corporate development,and come up with the view of value network financial management.Based on the value network theory,this article builds a logical analysis framework of Maoyan Entertainment’s value network and financial strategy.It attempts to analyze how the company has established a financial strategy under the value network system based on the value network innovation.To ensure the normal operation of the enterprise and achieve value creation.Modern enterprises are no longer a single linear competition,but the competition under the value network jointly created by enterprises and their stakeholders.Therefore,exploring the financial strategy of Maoyan Entertainment under the value network system has certain theoretical significance for the establishment of the enterprise’s value network and the choice of financial strategy.This article adopts the case analysis method,and researches and analyzes Maoyan Entertainment as the object.It sorts out and summarizes the relevant theoretical basis and meaning of value net,and introduces the current status of Maoyan Entertainment’s enterprises and operations,and establishes the principles of value net financial strategy And modular value network model innovation process,from two aspects of internal value network financial strategy,external value network financial strategy to carry out a logical analysis of Maoyan entertainment financial strategy,and then based on the balanced scorecard analysis model from the financial perspective,customer perspective,internal Process perspective,learning and growth perspective.This article hopes to be able to dig into the successful experience of Maoyan Entertainment’s core competitiveness in China’s online ticketing platform via practical research in new business model innovation and financial strategy implementation,and finally get the inspiration of the case,which provides a reference for China’s online ticketing platform.
