ravel prose has a long history in China.It began in the Eastern Han Dynasty and took shape in the Wei and Jin Dynasties.Tang and Song dynasties have gradually matured.There are quite a lot of articles about natural landscape in ancient Chinese travel notes.The reason for this kind of literary scene is the unique "landscape complex" and "carefree idea" of ancient Chinese.In modern times,with the collapse of the feudal system and the outbreak of the new culture movement,intellectuals were eager to absorb foreign culture to enlighten Chinese people.A large number of foreign travel notes have come in a large number,and the conflict of cultural psychology has become the mainstream consciousness of modern literature.As a branch of travel prose,Sanmao’s prose not only inherits the orthodoxy of excellent travel literature in ancient China,but also shows the new trend of modern travel prose.In Sanmao’s travel prose works,the core of his unique style is his spiritual inner check text."Everything has spirit and beauty" is the belief that Sanmao has always believed in during her journey.Therefore,her writing style has gradually internalized from the pursuit of beauty in the external world to the exploration of spiritual home.It can be said that Sanmao is a literature and art woman with love supreme.In her works,both personal love and family love are the driving force for Sanmao to walk in foreign countries.However,it is very limited to analyze the style of Sanmao’s works by oversimplification of Sanmao’s emotion in the past.Such one-sided discussion ignores the complex emotional blending in Sanmao’s heart.As the "soul" of the author’s works,emotion is the main pillar of Sanmao’s spiritual home.In this paper,through the exploration of "spiritual home" in the depth of Sanmao’s works,we can trace back to the soul destination of Sanmao all the way.The introduction briefly summarizes the development status of Chinese travel prose and the research status of Sanmao’s works.Starting from the research status of Sanmao’s works,this paper puts forward problems and refines the research ideas.The first chapter summarizes Sanmao’s pursuit of beauty through his travel prose,mainly the description of the Sahara desert,the local customs and customs of the Sahara region,and the description of the differences between the Sahara and modern civilization.In the second chapter,through the text analysis of Sanmao’s prose works,such as respect for foreign cultural feelings and concern for parents’ feelings,we can feel the emotional understanding in Sanmao’s works.In the third chapter,through the analysis of Sanmao’s wandering spirit,the broken marriage and the death of the body,we can understand the "soul home" that we have been searching for all our lives.The conclusion part analyzes Sanmao’s wandering life and seeks the soul destination in the process of Sanmao’s wandering again.
