| With the continuous progress of agricultural science and technology,many valuable traditional agricultural techniques have been gradually replaced,and few agricultural cultures inherited from ancestors can be completely recorded and sung.The 1,000-year-old Anshan Nanguo pear cultivation system was rated as one of China’s first major agricultural cultural heritages in 2012.The development and utilization of nanguo pear culture and the transformation of cultural value into economic value are conducive to the sustainable development of regional economy and the further inheritance of Chinese pear culture so as to enrich the diversity of agricultural cultural heritage.This study takes anshan South fruit pear agricultural cultivation system as the research object,and the specific research process mainly includes the following parts: First,from the anshan South fruit pear agricultural cultural heritage development process and the problem two aspects to interpret its cultural status.Its cultural heritage mainly includes: blessing culture,family culture,poetry culture,medicine culture.In order to further promote the south fruit pear agricultural cultural heritage protection,local government,enterprise and peasant household has occur spontaneously,but the resulting contents and forms of the cultural development of a single south fruit pear,south fruit pear culture industry development lack of ecological system ideas,south fruit pear deep value concept development lags behind,and a series of problems,this is the second chapter.Secondly,Python was used to extract the text of articles from five websites,and the network text was imported into Rost CM6 content mining software.After analysis,a preliminary conception of the development plan was formed,and a questionnaire for the development and utilization of Anshan Nanguo pear was developed.The results show that tourism,museums and small towns have become the main forms of agricultural heritage development and utilization.In the development process,we should pay attention to the overall development of the system,highlight local characteristics,and create high-quality tourism products.The development and utilization of agricultural cultural heritage has a positive promoting effect and also brings some negative effects: due to the impact of foreign culture and modern science and technology,traditional technology is replaced by modern technology and is facing extinction;A large number of physical products are imitated,counterfeit and other phenomena emerge in endlessly;The development subjects compete with each other,and there are a lot of conflicts of interest,and farmers’ interests are constantly damaged.In some areas,the ecological environment of traditional landscape has been destroyed due to over-development for economic benefits.Thirdly,through factor analysis,4 indicators are eliminated,and the remaining 31 indicators are extracted into 5 common factors: cultural cognition factor,cultural value consumption factor,cultural resources consumption factor,cultural products consumption factor and tourism consumption factor.The differences between the consumer’s personal characteristics and the five major factors are analyzed.A total of 6 demographic and sociological indicators were involved in the questionnaire.Independent sample T-test was mainly used for the analysis of differences between gender groups,and mean analysis was used for the analysis of differences between age,education,occupation,residence and income.The results showed that there was no significant difference between gender and anshan Pear culture development preference.There were significant differences among groups in age,education level and occupation type in cultural cognitive factors.There were significant differences among groups in cultural value consumption factors among educated consumers.There were no significant differences in age,education and occupation between cultural and resource consumption factors and tourism consumption factors,but there were significant differences between residential consumers in cultural and resource consumption factors and tourism consumption factors.This is the fourth chapter.Finally,combined with the above analysis conclusions and empirical analysis results,the strategies for further development and utilization of Anshan Nanguo pear culture are put forward in order to increase enterprise efficiency,increase farmers’ income,and continue to carry forward and inherit the fine agricultural culture.This is chapter five. |
